</ul><p><b>Proposed Schedule</b></p>
<ul><li>Monday&ndash;Thursday: Daytime hours, typically between 8:00 AM &ndash; 5:00 PM</li>
<li>3&ndash;4 hour shifts, 3&ndash;4 days per week</li>
<li>Exact timing is flexible and can be coordinated based on household needs and candidate availability</li>
<li>Some flexibility is appreciated during occasional travel periods</li>

<ul><li>Maintain organization systems for closets, pantry, storage spaces, and common areas</li>
<li>Reset and tidy rooms regularly to maintain a clean and organized home environment</li>
<li>Prepare the home for the biweekly cleaning service</li>
<li>Organize seasonal clothing and manage donation items</li>
<li>Coordinate seasonal d&eacute;cor swaps and storage organization</li>
<li>Perform light household maintenance such as changing light bulbs, small paint touch-ups, or minor household fixes</li>
<li>Water indoor and outdoor plants as needed</li>
<li>Assist with seasonal storage trips for items such as d&eacute;cor or pool supplies</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Inventory Management &amp; Errands</b></h3>
<ul><li>Restock pantry items, household supplies, and toiletries</li>
<li>Execute grocery pickup orders and put groceries away</li>
<li>Run local errands such as returns, dry cleaning, prescription pick-ups, and donation drop-offs</li>
<li>Handle mail, deliveries, and package organization</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Meal Support</b></h3>
<ul><li>Assist with school lunch preparation as needed</li>
<li>Rotate refrigerator items and monitor for expired food</li>
<li>Support grocery ordering and pantry restocking</li>
<li>Introduce (and be creative) with simple meal or snack ideas to add variety for children when helpful</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Laundry &amp; Linen Care</b></h3>
<ul><li>Manage household laundry including washing, drying, folding, organizing, and putting away clothing</li>
<li>Wash bedding and linens regularly</li>
<li>Provide occasional ironing or steaming when needed</li>
<li>Keep laundry areas organized and stocked with supplies</li>
<li>Handle specialty care for uniforms or delicate clothing items</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Family Support</b></h3>
<ul><li>Monitor household and activity calendars to ensure items such as uniforms, supplies, and event materials are prepared in advance</li>
<li>Provide a weekly overview of upcoming family activities and logistics</li>
<li>Assist with occasional school preparation or project needs</li>
<li>Provide occasional backup childcare, sick-day coverage, or transportation support when schedules overlap</li>
<li>Assist with packing preparation for travel, camps, or family trips</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Pet Care</b></h3>
<ul><li>Refresh the cat water</li>
<li>Change the bag on the litter box</li>
<li>Deep clean the litter box (quarterly)</li>
<li>Be available for the mobile vet when appointments coincide with working hours</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Deep Cleaning &amp; Special Projects</b></h3>
<ul><li>Complete occasional deep cleaning tasks such as refrigerator organization, pantry resets, or drawer organization</li>
<li>Assist with seasonal organization projects</li>
<li>Support preparation for family events or special activities</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Vendor &amp; Property Coordination</b></h3>
<ul><li>Coordinate with household service providers and vendors when needed</li>
<li>Research service providers and gather quotes for occasional home maintenance or improvement projects</li>
<li>Occasionally help oversee small home projects and scheduling</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Administrative &amp; Personal Assistant Support</b></h3>
<ul><li>Monitor flight trackers and recommend the best flight options to parents when they become available</li>
