This role requires a balance of technical knowledge and strong commercial negotiation to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Sourcing &amp; Vendor Management: Source and pre-qualify local and international suppliers for HVAC equipment, MEP consumables, civil materials, and high-end fit-out/joinery items.</li><li>BOQ &amp; Technical Review: Review project drawings, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and technical specifications to align vendor quotes with consultant requirements.</li><li>Negotiation &amp; Estimation: Prepare detailed cost-comparison sheets and negotiate competitive pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.</li><li>PO &amp; Contract Management: Issue Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) and draft sub-contract agreements in compliance with company policy and UAE labor laws.</li><li>Logistics &amp; Expediting: Monitor order statuses, coordinate logistics, and ensure timely material delivery to Abu Dhabi sites to prevent project delays.</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).</li><li>Experience: Proven track record in procurement for UAE construction companies, specifically handling both MEP/HVAC and Fit-Out packages.</li><li>Skills: Proficient in reading engineering drawings, utilizing ERP software (SAP/Oracle), and mastering MS Excel.</li><li>Market Knowledge: Strong network of established vendors and subcontractors in the UAE market.</li><li>Language &amp; Mobility: Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus). The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming complex technical designs into high-quality 2D and 3D technical drawings, ensuring accuracy across electrical, mechanical, and interior fit-out disciplines.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare detailed Shop Drawings, As-Built Drawings, and Section Details for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) and Fit-out projects.</li><li>Develop comprehensive Electrical layouts, including lighting, power, fire alarm, and ELV systems.</li><li>Coordinate with Project Managers and Site Engineers to ensure drawings align with site conditions and project specifications.</li><li>Ensure all drawings comply with local authority standards (ADDC, Abu Dhabi Civil Defence, etc.) and international building codes.</li><li>Manage and maintain drawing revisions, ensuring the latest versions are available to the site team.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Degree/Diploma in Civil/Electrical Engineering or Architectural Drafting.</li><li>Experience: Minimum 4&ndash;5 years of proven experience in the UAE</li><li>Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in AutoCAD (2D &amp; 3D).
