Job Overview:</b></div><div>
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive <b>HR Generalist / HR Executive</b> to support various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and excellent communication skills.</div><div><br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Administrative Support:</b><ul><li>
Handle day-to-day office administration, including scheduling meetings, managing office supplies, and organizing company events.</li><li>
Maintain and update personnel files, documents, and HR records.</li><li>
Prepare and manage internal communications (memos, reports, etc.).</li></ul></li><li><b>
Recruitment &amp; Onboarding:</b><ul><li>
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.</li><li>
Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all documentation is completed and the necessary training is provide and coordinate Offboarding process for leaves.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Payroll &amp; Benefits Administration:</b><ul><li>
Assist with processing payroll, ensuring accuracy in timekeeping and benefits data.</li><li>
Coordinate employee benefits programs, leave management,</li></ul></li><li><b>
Employee Relations:</b><ul><li>
Assist in employee engagement and welfare activities, including addressing employee queries and concerns.</li><li>
Support the performance appraisal and training programs.</li><li>
Maintain and update employee records.</li><li>
Monitor employee attendance and leaves through the HR system.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Compliance &amp; Documentation:</b><ul><li>
Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.</li><li>
Maintain confidentiality and safeguard HR-related data.</li><li>
Prepare HR reports as required by management.</li></ul></li></ul><div><br>

Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management abilities.</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office; (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li><li>
High level of confidentiality and professionalism.</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.</li><li>
Proactive, detail-oriented, and team player.</li></ul><div><br>

Job Summary:</b><br>
SamTech Me Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to join our new Cairo office. This role combines human resources administration with accounting responsibilities, ensuring seamless operations across HR and finance functions. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a high level of professionalism, excelling in both administrative support and financial record-keeping.<br>

Key Responsibilities:</b></div><div><b>
Accounting and Financial Management:</b></div><ul><li>
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions, including data entry and invoice verification.</li><li>
Perform payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.</li><li>
Prepare and submit monthly financial reports, including expense tracking and reconciliation.</li><li>
Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.</li><li>
Coordinate with external auditors during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.</li><li>
Maintain financial records and support month-end and year-end closing activities.</li></ul><div><br>

Administrative Support:</b></div><ul><li>
Provide general administrative support, such as managing office supplies and Petite cash ..</li><li>
Prepare documents and reports as needed.</li><li>
Manage filing systems and ensure all records are organized and accessible.</li><li>
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.</li><li>
Address and resolve employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll.</li><li>

Qualifications and Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Accounting, Finance.</li><li>
1+ years of experience in accounting</li><li>
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll processing.</li><li>
Familiarity with HR practices, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar).</li><li>
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.</li><li>
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.</li></ul><div><br>
