This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality talents while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment.Duties<ul><li>Take orders accurately on non POS Systems.</li><li>Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling practices</li><li>Mix and serve cocktails and drinks efficiently, adhering to recipes and presentation standards</li><li>Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, answer questions about menu items, and promote specials or upselling opportunities</li><li>Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including cashiering and retail math calculations</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, dining space, and service stations</li><li>High level multitasking</li><li>Ability to cross sell other products</li><li>Manage multiple tasks at a given time</li><li>Work as a team player</li><li>Assist with catering events and nightly tasks</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments such as restaurants, fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings</li><li>Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables and orders efficiently during busy hours</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude</li><li>Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures</li><li>Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and retail math calculations accurately</li><li>Previous experience in serving alcohol responsibly in a licensed environment such as a nightclub or bar setting is desirable</li><li>Basic understanding of the food industry trends including brewing or catering services is a plus</li><li>Bartender License required</li></ul>Join us to be part of an energetic team that values your passion for hospitality!
