## Job Title: Quality Control (QC) Engineer**Location:** Mussafah, Abu Dhabi, UAE### CompanyLooking for an experienced **Quality Control Engineer** to join our precision CNC machining team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all machined components meet customer specifications and quality standards.### Key Responsibilities* Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of CNC machined components.* Read and interpret engineering drawings, GD&amp;T, and technical specifications.* Conduct First Article Inspection (FAI) and prepare inspection reports.* Verify dimensions using precision measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, Bore Gauges, Thread Gauges, and Dial Indicators.* Ensure compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and quality requirements.* Prepare and maintain quality documents including Inspection Reports, Material Traceability Records, CoC, and NCR reports.* Coordinate with production to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.* Verify material certificates (EN 10204 3.1 MTC) and maintain quality records.* Monitor calibration status of measuring instruments.* Support customer inspections, audits, and quality meetings.* Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 Quality Management System requirements.### Requirements* Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.* Minimum **3 years of experience** as a QC Engineer in a CNC machining or precision engineering company.* Strong knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&amp;T, and dimensional inspection.* Experience inspecting components manufactured from Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, Aluminium, Brass, Titanium, POM, Nylon, PTFE, and other engineering materials.* Hands-on experience with precision measuring instruments.* Knowledge of FAI, NCR, CAPA, and quality documentation.* Good communication skills in English.* Immediate joiners are preferred.### Preferred Skills* Experience in Oil &amp; Gas, Defence, Aerospace, or Industrial Manufacturing.* Knowledge of CMM operation and reporting.* Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.### Salary &amp; Benefits* Salary: **AED 3,500&ndash;5,000** (depending on experience)* Employment Visa* Medical Insurance* Annual Leave* Air Ticket as per UAE Labour Law### How to ApplySend your CV to **pramod@sapphireseals.ae****Subject:** *Application for Quality Control (QC) Engineer &ndash; CNC Manufacturing*Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
