Job Description 
As a Product Manager for the AI Platform, you will play a foundational role in defining, scaling, and operationalizing Artificial Intelligence capabilities across the entire Scalable organization. You will lead the strategy to move from siloed AI solutions to a unified, compliant, and robust internal &quot;AI as a Platform&quot; offering.
You will work closely with a dedicated cross-functional team of Data Scientists, AI Engineers and Software Engineers, acting as the key bridge between the technical development, internal domain teams, and regulatory stakeholders to ensure AI is integrated and leveraged effectively, securely, and ethically.

AI Compliance &amp; Governance: Act as the key product driver for AI compliance, regulatory adherence, and ethical usage. Define our approach to ensure all models and data usage are secure and compliant with current and emerging data protection laws.</li><li>
Go-to-Market (GTM) for AI Features: Support the planning, launch, and post-launch monitoring of new client-facing AI features and capabilities, ensuring smooth coordination across Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Compliance.</li><li>
Team Collaboration &amp; Product Leadership: Lead the product development process for the cross-functional AI Platform team, managing agile processes, backlogs, and planning sessions, and translating high-level business goals into actionable user stories for Data Scientists and ML/AI Engineers.</li><li>
Data-Driven Vision: Leverage data analysis, user needs (internal and external), market trends, and insights from LLM/AI system outputs and trace analysis, including analysis of AI agent performance and user feedback, to continuously inform and evolve the AI Platform vision and product strategy.</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Passion for digital products and a strong desire to help users improve their financial well‑being through clear, trusted, and AI‑enhanced experiences.</li><li>
Proven experience as a Product Manager, working on backend services, APIs, or AI-powered products, ideally serving multiple client-facing teams.</li><li>
High-level understanding of modern AI concepts such as LLMs, prompt design, agent architectures, and evaluation approaches.</li><li>
Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively with engineering and Data Science teams; a technical degree is a strong plus.</li><li>

Job Description 
This role can be based in either Berlin or Munich.
Scalable Capital was built in the cloud from day one. Our services leverage a variety of serverless technologies, including Fargate and Lambda. We additionally use a multi account strategy for logical separation of workloads.
The Network Engineering team is part of the Core Tribe, which manages the cloud platform that underpins Scalable's entire infrastructure. The team delivers all core network services at scale, leveraging the latest cloud-native technologies and maintaining highly available connections to external partners. In addition, the Network Engineering team designs and maintains reusable infrastructure components and provides support to development teams. Together, these efforts provide a strong foundation for building innovative financial services.

You will join the Client Technology Tribe and become part of our Client Success Platform team.

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Multiple years of experience with AWS and infrastructure as code (mainly Terraform)</li><li>
Solid experience with GitHub Actions and Jenkins or similar CICD tools</li><li>
Good working knowledge with Python and at least one additional general purpose programming language (Preferably Java/Kotlin or JavaScript/Node.js) and build automations tools</li><li>
Solid understanding of scalable system design principles, distributed systems, and cloud technologies</li><li>
A passion for automating, improving processes and working together with other developer teams</li><li>
A degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science, engineering, sciences) or work experience in a role that typically requires a university degree</li><li>
Full professional proficiency in English and the ability to communicate concisely in an international English-speaking environment</li><li>
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment</li></ul>
