Job description:Role Overview: As an IT Site Manager for Scaled Health, a managed service provider serving rural critical access hospitals, you are responsible for the on-premises delivery of technical support and service operations for designated site(s). As a direct report to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) will execute customer strategies, manage technical resources and projects, and maintain strong customer relationships by actively engaging with hospital leadership.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership &amp; Management:&middot; Oversee the installation, maintenance, and support of IT systems, hardware, and software ensuring all operations are aligned with organizational goals.&middot; Serve as a hands-on manager, actively participating in problem-solving, service desk ticket resolution, and other technical tasks as needed.&middot; Analyze software and hardware needs for the organization and recommend upgrades and changes to maintain efficient and secure operations.&middot; Ensure the smooth and reliable operation of network, server, and storage environments, implementing advanced security measures to protect data and systems in a hospital operating 24 hours a dayStrategic Planning &amp; Execution:&middot; Work closely with the CIO to deliver a prescriptive technology management architecture, executing customer strategies, roadmaps, projects, and support initiatives.&middot; Coordinate and schedule large-scale software and hardware installations, ensuring all projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.&middot; Manage to metrics, ensuring compliance with work effort reporting, timekeeping requirements, and customer service standards.Team Management &amp; Development:&middot; Directly manage and oversee technical resources ensuring that staff are well-equipped to meet organizational goals.&middot; Hire, train, and develop IS department staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.&middot; Organize and oversee staff schedules, ensuring efficient operation and timely project completion across all sites.&middot; Provide constructive performance evaluations, addressing discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.Customer Service &amp; Relationship Management:&middot; Provide exceptional customer service, managing multiple priorities and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.&middot; Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and healthcare professionals, ensuring that IT services align with clinical and operational needs.Qualifications:Education:&middot; High School Degree required; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.Experience:&middot; Minimum of 8+ years of experience in technology management, with a strong preference for healthcare IT experience.&middot; Proven technical expertise in network management, server/storage solutions, M365 tenant management &amp; security, firewalls, Citrix, backup solutions, hyperconverged infrastructure, and healthcare systems.&middot; Experience within a 24-hour healthcare environment is highly desired.Skills:&middot; Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse technical team.&middot; Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.&middot; Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to oversee complex projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.&middot; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.&middot; Advanced technical aptitude across various technologies, including networking, cloud services, cybersecurity, and healthcare IT systems.Physical Requirements:&middot; Prolonged periods of standing and/or sitting at a desk and working on a computer.&middot; Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.&middot; May be required to work on-call or during off-hours to address critical issues.Salary Range:&middot; $100,000 - $130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.Work Schedule:&middot; Standard 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, with on-call availability as needed.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits: <ul><li>401K Retirement</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Vision insurance</li><li>Long- and short-term disability</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid company holidays</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>FSA and HSA options</li></ul>Work Location: In personJob Type: Full-timePay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per yearApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Will you be capable of reliably being on premises daily at designated location in Chelan, WA 98816 for this job?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Technology management: 8 years (Required)</li><li>O365 Tenant Management: 5 years (Required)</li><li>Healthcare IT: 5 years (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Chelan, WA 98816: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
