This role is responsible for transforming concepts, storyboards, and technical information into accurate and engaging visual content that highlights SEL devices, systems, and mechanics.</div><div> 
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in 3D animation workflows along with a solid understanding of motion, timing, and realistic representation. This position works collaboratively with designers, videographers, and stakeholders across teams to ensure animations align with creative direction, brand standards, and platform specific requirements. The animator will manage multiple deadlines, iterate based on feedback, and contribute to consistently high visual quality across all deliverables.</div><div> 
As a 3D Animator a typical day might include the following:</div><div><ul><li>
Create high-quality 3D animations for products, systems, objects, and visual effects.</li><li>
Collaborate with designers and videographers to ensure animation aligns with creative vision and technical requirements</li><li>
Interpret storyboards, and creative briefs to produce compelling animations</li><li>
Apply animation principles such as timing, weight, spacing, and movement within a photo-realistic style that accurately represents SEL devices and device mechanics.</li><li>
Refine and iterate animations based on feedback from internal teams and stakeholders.</li><li>
Optimize animations for use across marketing platforms and promotional materials, ensuring they meet channel specific requirements.</li><li>
Maintain consistency in animation style, quality, and brand guidelines</li><li>

3+ years of experience in 3D animation with a strong foundation in visual design, layout, composition</li><li>
Proficiency with industry standard 3D animation software (e.g., Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or equivalent).</li><li>
Strong understanding of animation fundamentals, 3D production workflows, lighting, shading, and rendering principles.</li><li>
Knowledge of motion capture workflows and cleanup.</li><li>

Pay Range Data</div><div>
We anticipate filling this position as a Marketing Designer (3D animator) $32.00 - $47.00 an hour. We are open to reviewing additional candidates with more or less experience and the pay range may differ if filled at a different level. Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.</div>

3D Animator

Commissioning projects in the field</li><li>
Development of relay/controller settings and testing</li><li>
Preparation of functional design documentation</li><li>
Working as a technical lead alongside Project Managers and other Engineers from other focus areas

A successful candidate must develop a technical proposal and estimation sheet for SPS solution (LSS/GCS/Microgrid/RAS), capable of read and understand the RFQ and Tender documents, well familiar with GCS coding, Microgrid controller and RAS coding, Master in Codsys/IEC61131, able to mentor the automation engineers to continue develop their skills in coding and design documents, lead and preform the GCS Project pre-commissioning and Commissioning activities and must hold excellent knowledge to execute all SPS project. Possessing, understanding, and applying the fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of power system automation and related SEL products

As a Designer in Engineering Services a typical day might include the following:<ul><li>
Creating detailed substation physical and electrical designs and support job estimates under the supervision of a technical lead.</li><li>
Preparing CAD drawings and other project documentation.</li><li>
Drawing development involving substation general arrangements, section/elevation views, conduit plans, grounding plans, fencing plans, lighting plans, foundation plans, and bill of materials
</li><li>Providing design engineering support to project technical leads.</li><li>
Completing assigned work and submitting within timelines and budgets with a high level of quality.</li><li>

Four plus years of relevant experience with high voltage electrical design, including several projects in substation design or protective relay controls systems.</li><li>
Electrical utility, consulting or system integrator experience.</li><li>
Application knowledge of protective relay applications and/or automation applications.</li><li>
Ability to learn concepts and technical details of products.</li><li>
Demonstrated competency in CAD drafting (AUTOCAD, Civil 3D or Microstation).</li></ul>
