 Executive Assistant
 
 to support a senior partner at a top international law firm. You will be responsible for providing high-level, administrative support, such as managing complex calendaring, coordinating travel arrangements, and supporting business development and marketing efforts.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 HOURS
 
 : Monday &ndash; Friday, 8:30 AM &ndash; 5:30 PM EST
 
 
 
 SCHEDULE | LOCATION
 
 : HYBRID (three days onsite) | New York City, NY
 
 
 
 PAY
 
 : Up to $125k + Overtime + Discretionary Bonus

 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School diploma required (Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred) with a minimum of six years&rsquo; experience in a law firm environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Firm software (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to learn new operating systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional professionalism, close attention to detail, and effective interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple projects, handle shifting priorities, synthesize information, and maintain strict confidentiality.
 </li>
 <li>
 Flexibility to perform a wide range of tasks, adjust hours as needed, and thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment both independently and as part of a team.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Duties/Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Be the go-to person for complex scheduling, travel (domestic/international), and visa coordination, always staying ahead of conflicts and anticipating needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle all financial administration&mdash;time entry, expenses, and invoices&mdash;and prepare/edit documents and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage attorney email accounts as a proxy, organizing messages, prioritizing action items, and ensuring all communication is properly filed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Play a key role in business development and client intake by prepping necessary documents, tracking activity, supporting accurate billing, and maintaining relationships with client contacts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Organize and execute client and internal meetings (logistics, AV, catering), assist with general office tasks and special projects, and maintain a four-day-a-week physical presence in the office.
 </li>
