 HYBRID | Manhattan, NY
 
 
 
 PAY:
 
 $60 - $65K (Commensurate w/Experience) + Discretionary Bonus

 IDEAL CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree
 
 REQUIRED
 
 </li>
 <li>
 1-3+ Years of HR Experience within a Law Firm or Professional Services Firm
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in MS Office Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Workday Experience is a
 
 PLUS
 
 </li>
 </ul>

 ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare onboarding materials, manage the orientation schedule, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collect, verify, and organize HR documentation (when applicable), ensuring compliance with legal and organizational requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate scheduling orientation preparation sessions
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with the administration of the firm&rsquo;s performance evaluation process
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage data entry and reporting in HRIS (Workday) system
 </li>
 <li>
 Other projects/tasks as assigned
 </li>
