 Security Team Manager (STM)
 
 to lead day-to-day physical security operations at a high-profile
 
 datacenter in Dubai
 
 . This is a key leadership role responsible for managing and developing on-site security teams while ensuring a safe, compliant, and high-performing security operation.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 About the Role
 
 
 
 As the Security Team Manager, you will oversee a team of responders, control room supervisors, and administrative security staff. Working closely with the Campus Security Manager and fellow Security Team Managers, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in maintaining operational excellence, audit readiness, and strong client partnerships within a mission-critical environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead, coach, and manage site-based security personnel, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure strict adherence to policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee daily security operations, including control room and incident response during peak or critical periods
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage security systems (CCTV, access control, incident management platforms) and troubleshoot as required
 </li>
 <li>
 Conduct audits, maintain accurate security documentation, and submit confidential reports to client stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as the primary site security contact in the absence of the Campus Security Manager
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactively identify risks, security gaps, and opportunities for continuous improvement
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong working relationships with datacenter leadership and internal partners
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Proven leadership experience in physical security operations (datacenter experience strongly preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience managing teams in a 24/7, mission-critical environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of security technologies (CCTV, access control, SOC systems)
 </li>
 <li>
 Confident decision-maker with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Advanced IT and reporting skills (Microsoft Office required)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Associate degree or equivalent experience in security, business management, or a related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in security operations, with management experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluent in English (spoken and written)
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
 </li>
