 Supporting the project management team in daily operational tasks such as payments, administrative and organizational tasks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitating the efficient coordination between internal and external stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing insights into project costs and sustainability to drive informed decisions and streamline processes.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Purchase Orders and payments Management
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Creation and monitoring of purchase requests and orders for GCC Capex .
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensuring timely and accurate processing of POs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborating with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely invoicing and payments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Creating suppliers when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Tracking projects expenses and highlighting potential overruns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing project costs analysis
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Logistics Coordination
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Coordinating with external stakeholders to secure the timely availability of ordered materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinating with internal teams to secure the timely delivery of internationally and locally supplied materials.
 </li>
 <li>
 Recording and tracking all supplies&rsquo; movements in/out warehouse
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Projects Support
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Sourcing, shortlisting, and assessing new contractors, suppliers &amp; service providers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Processing Malls and authorities permits when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consolidating feedbacks on existing partners, assessing, and communicating their performance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintaining a record of all legal, contractual, and costing documentation received during the project&rsquo;s life cycle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting in updating and developing processes and guidelines related to Design, Projects, and Maintenance.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Sustainability
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Facilitate the coordination between internal and external stakeholders to secure the timely collection, consolidation, and communication of the energy consumption data for all GCC stores.
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively supporting the implementation of all new sustainability initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supporting in the preparation of the roll-out plan for the Energy meters to be installed in all GCC stores.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source and finalize agreements with recycling companies for all GCC countries.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify the recycling needs, monitor the activities, consolidate &amp; share the reporting.
 </li>
 </ul>

 Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for reporting
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of project management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical skills with an eye for detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 The successful candidate should have qualifications in Business administration, Projects coordination, or other related fields, with 1-2 years&rsquo; experience in Luxury Retail/Fashion/Cosmetics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior internship or experience in project coordination or similar roles would be advantageous.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to sustainability projects or initiatives a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Arabic is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proactive and self-motivated.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently.
 </li>
 <li>
 Open to feedback and keen on continuous learning.
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem solver with a positive attitude.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
