The role combines performance-driven B2B marketing with strong storytelling around workspace design, execution quality, and custom furniture.&#8203;Objectives of the role<ul><li>Build a steady, high-quality funnel of marketing-qualified leads for office interior, design-and-build, and commercial fit-out projects in target cities.&#8203;</li><li>Strengthen Serein Spaces&rsquo; positioning as a reliable, design-led, pan-India workspace solutions partner comparable to leading players in the category.&#8203;</li><li>Enable sales and key account teams with content, tools, and insights that shorten sales cycles and improve win-rates for mid to large ticket projects.&#8203;</li></ul>Key responsibilities<ul><li>Own the integrated marketing plan for interiors and fit-out: performance marketing, SEO, content, social, email, events, and partnerships focused on B2B decision makers (CXOs, founders, admin/HR, facility and real-estate heads).&#8203;</li><li>Run always-on digital lead-generation campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, marketplaces) with clear CPL, MQL, and conversion targets for office interior projects.</li><li>Build a strong content engine: case studies, before&ndash;after stories, 3D walkthrough highlights, project videos, reels, blogs, and mailers that showcase design, project management, and execution capabilities similar to leading tech-enabled fit-out firms.&#8203;</li><li>Collaborate closely with design, project, and furniture teams to translate live projects into compelling pitch decks, proposals, capability presentations, and sector-specific brochures (IT/ITES, BFSI, D2C, co-working, etc.).&#8203;</li><li>Manage and optimise the website as a high-intent acquisition channel through UX improvements, landing pages, SEO around office interiors / turnkey offices / commercial fit-outs, and marketing automation workflows.&#8203;</li><li>Co-own city and vertical growth with sales: run local campaigns, builder/IPC partnerships, and property-channel collaborations to drive inquiries and site visits, similar to how design-and-build players expand into multiple cities.&#8203;</li><li>Plan and execute participation in industry events, real-estate forums, design conclaves, and ecosystem partnerships to build pipeline and top-of-mind recall.&#8203;</li><li>Track performance of all campaigns and content using analytics tools; run experiments on creatives, audiences, messaging, and landing pages to constantly improve ROI.&#8203;</li><li>Manage agencies and freelancers for performance marketing, creative production, video, and PR, ensuring brand consistency and on-time delivery.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;240,000.00 - &#8377;480,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>Do you have minimum 6 months (more is better) of experience working in any marketing role at any organisation located in the Delhi NCR?</li><li>How far is your house from Ghitorni Metro Station in kilometers?</li><li>Are you an immediate joiner?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
