Servco Facility Management

Prepare technical and incident report with basic root-cause details to line manager.<ul><li>Update systems with work orders and asset data.</li><li>Maintain accurate maintenance logs for all building systems.</li><li>Record preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance in whole operations.</li><li>Prepare monthly operational reports and track service requests, work orders, and vendor activities.</li><li>Document shift handovers and site transfer reports.</li><li>Ensure all documentation meets company, client, and regulatory requirements.</li></ul>Project and Vendor Management<ul><li>Plan and schedule project activities with operations and maintenance teams.</li><li>Review projects, specifications, and scopes for compliance.</li><li>Manage vendors and contractors across all FM services.</li><li>Review and approve work submissions, invoices, and reports.</li><li>Conduct site inspections and quality checks</li><li>Support procurement, vendor selection, track budgets and control project costs.</li><li>Resolve technical issues between vendors and internal teams.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Certified Facility Engineer; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.</li><li>3&ndash;7 years of experience in Facilities Management or building operations.</li><li>Strong understanding of MEP systems and FM project workflows.</li><li>Experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers</li></ul>Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthLicense/Certification:<ul><li>UAE Driving License (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person

Executive Support* Manage the Chairman&rsquo;s daily schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.* Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and follow‑up actions.* Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and correspondence on behalf of the Chairman.* Prepare reports, presentations, briefing documents, and meeting notes if required.Communication &amp; Coordination* Serve as the primary point of contact between the Chairman and external partners.* Ensure timely flow of information to and from the Chairman&rsquo;s office.* Adapts to changes smoothly including last-minute adjustments or urgent executive requests.* Maintains confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information related to the Chairman or company operations.Event &amp; Travel Management* Plan and coordinate local and international travel arrangements.* Organize events, conferences, and high-level meetings.* Ensure all logistics are seamless and aligned with protocol standards.Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
