The Bronze Memorial Designer plays an integral role in working with our client families who have purchased a bronze marker at one of our cemeteries. The Designer is responsible for concept design and layout of memorials to support the Company&rsquo;s marker storage initiative. This role works to consistently uphold established standards, maintain accuracy, integrity and ensure that all artwork and image files are properly maintained.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
<ul><li>Using the company&rsquo;s internal point-of-sale system and our supplier&rsquo;s system, researches, designs, and submits bronze memorial designs for client family approval and ultimate submission for manufacturing and storage</li><li>
Meets the weekly productivity goals set forth for the Bronze Memorial team</li><li>
Catalogs, updates and maintains digital library of all projects within established filing system</li><li>
Adjusts priorities when appropriate and perform other job related duties assigned to meet team goals</li><li>

MINIMUM Requirements
Education<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
Six months experience working in an environment requiring data entry</li></ul>

Provides advanced activities that ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the corporate HR function.
Analytical<ul><li>
Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues to identify and fix root causes</li><li>
Support system solution by maintaining organizations, setup data and security role assignments</li><li>
Advise on the proper use of solution functionality including previously enabled reports and other data analysis capabilities</li><li>
Design and implement new security configurations</li><li>
Support existing security configurations including providing routine security administration and troubleshooting security related issues</li><li>
Create custom reports to meet business needs where necessary</li><li>
Work with functional experts to produce formal configuration requirements documentation</li><li>
Configure HRIT solution to meet business needs, following standard software development lifecycle</li><li>
Analyze software releases to assess impact of new features</li><li>
Develop and execute unit and system integration test plans to ensure data accuracy, integrity and security</li><li>
Assist with the definition of system processes and standards</li><li>
Perform regular system audits to ensure data quality and compliance with internal policies and regulations</li></ul>
HRIT Liaison
<ul><li>Works with assigned client group(s), such as HR and Payroll systems teams, to support business requirements, data gathering and analysis</li><li>
Creates User Requirements Specification documents</li><li>
Creates Functional Specification documents and Change Requests</li><li>
Provides input into project scope documents and project plans</li><li>
Collaborates with HR Systems team on developing optimal solutions to business needs</li><li>
Provide day to day support by tracking and resolving tickets/ inquiries</li></ul>
Project Administration<ul><li>
Works directly with team members to understand project concept, objectives and approach</li><li>
Assists in taking assigned project from original concept through final implementation</li><li>
Creates and supports the development and maintenance of project plans, tracks all phases of the project, providing timely reporting of uses, coordination actions and resolving conflicts</li><li>
Supports the assessment and resolution of any issues which occur, impacting the project deliverables. Ensures leadership team is aware of all active issues and their resolution plans</li></ul>
Business Analysis and Reporting<ul><li>
Reviews, analyzes and creates detailed documentation of business processes and systems functionality, including workflow, program functions and steps required to execute systems transactions/processes</li><li>
Analyzes HR activities and trends; compares to industry standards and best practices. Presents findings/gaps and makes recommendations on solutions to address improvement opportunities and efficiency</li><li>
Evaluates information gathered from multiple sources, reconciles conflicts, decomposes high-level information into details, abstracts up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguishes user requests from the underlying true needs</li><li>
Maintain workday integrations within SCI ecosystems and third party vendors</li></ul>
Q &amp; A Testing<ul><li>
Assists in defining, developing and executing test plans, in partnership with functional and technical project team members</li><li>
Ensures that all tests are conducted and documented according to required standards</li><li>
Ensures that all items follow the change management process</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements
Education
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Management Information Systems or related field</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
Two (2) years of demonstrated HRIT technical experience supporting Workday HR, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, Time &amp; Labor, Absence, Talent, Learning or Recruitment</li><li>
Workday HRIT experience with Workday Security, Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Data migrations and Workday integrations with Studio, BIRT, EIB and Core Connectors</li><li>
Familiar with Workday&rsquo;s business process framework</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities<ul><li>
Demonstrated experience and knowledge of the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, use case development, and test plan development and execution</li><li>
Experience working with integrated ERP software such as Workday HCM</li><li>
Proficiency in Workday advanced report writer and calculated fields</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of HR System, Application, processes and practices within Workday</li><li>
Experience working with a global implementation team</li><li>
Ability to multi-task and change priorities as needed</li><li>
Communication, Presentation and Interpersonal skills</li><li>
Demonstrated Analytical, Problem-solving and Critical thinking skills</li><li>
