<li>Manage the end-to-end recruitment life cycle, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and coordinating interviews.</li>
<li>Ensure all hiring activities are completed in line with company policies and compliance standards.</li>
<li>Maintain recruitment records and documentation as per audit requirements.</li>
<li>Support employer branding and candidate experience.</li>
<li>Assist in the execution of performance management cycles (Performance Appraisals and other global initiatives etc.</li>
