The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in planning and organising their Umrah pilgrimage, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free journey. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the Umrah process and requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Client Consultation: Provide comprehensive consultation to clients regarding Umrah packages, including itinerary planning, accommodation options, transportation, and other services.</li><li>Booking Management: Coordinate and manage all bookings related to flights, hotels, transportation, and other necessary services for the Umrah pilgrimage.</li><li>Documentation Assistance: Assist clients in the preparation and submission of required documents, such as visas, passports, and other travel-related paperwork.</li><li>Customer Support: Offer exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and providing guidance throughout the entire Umrah process.</li><li>Package Customisation: Customise Umrah packages to meet the specific needs and preferences of individual clients or groups.</li><li>Vendor Relations: Maintain strong relationships with service providers, including airlines, hotels, transportation companies, and other relevant vendors.</li><li>Compliance: Ensure that all Umrah arrangements comply with relevant regulations and guidelines set by authorities and religious institutions.</li><li>Marketing and Promotion: Assist in the promotion of Umrah packages through various channels, including social media, online platforms, and community outreach.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience: Proven experience as a travel agent, preferably with a focus on Umrah or Hajj services.</li><li>Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the Umrah pilgrimage process, including visa requirements, travel logistics, and religious practices.</li><li>Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.</li><li>Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle client inquiries and issues professionally and empathetically.</li><li>Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.</li><li>Technology Proficiency: Proficiency in using travel booking software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant technology.</li><li>Cultural Sensitivity: Understanding and respect for Islamic practices and cultural sensitivity when dealing with clients.</li><li>Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.</li><li>Health insurance and other employee benefits.</li><li>Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.</li><li>A supportive and collaborative work environment.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

The ideal candidate will have relevant academic qualifications and hands-on experience in managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting daily accounting operations.Working Hours<ul><li>First 2 Months: 3:00 PM &ndash; 12:00 AM</li><li>After 2 Months: 4:00 PM &ndash; 1:00 AM</li></ul>Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Maintain and update financial records and ledgers</li><li>Handle accounts payable and receivable</li><li>Prepare financial reports and statements</li><li>Reconcile bank statements and transactions</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards</li><li>Assist with audits and financial analysis</li></ul>Requirements (Mandatory)<ul><li>Relevant qualification: B.Com, BBA, or MBA (Accounting/Finance)</li><li>Proven experience in an accounts department</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software</li><li>Good attention to detail and organizational skills</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Ability to work independently and meet deadlines</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li><li>Good communication and teamwork abilities</li></ul>Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
