We&rsquo;re looking for an Operations Executive who can seamlessly manage operations, coordinate sessions, and support our publishing and content efforts&mdash;someone who is both organized and creative.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Manage day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs efficiently</li><li>Coordinate with different teams to keep workflows seamless</li><li>Maintain records, reports, and documentation</li><li>Plan and schedule engaging sessions</li><li>Draft website, blog, and social media content when needed</li><li>Collaborate with editors, publishing coordinators, and operations teams</li><li>Assist in recruitment processes&mdash;from screening to coordination (when needed)</li><li>Work independently and manage your responsibilities end-to-end</li></ul>Eligibility<ul><li>Graduates with a minimum of 1 year experience</li><li>Individuals returning from a career break are welcome</li><li>Comfortable working 6 days a week</li><li>Have a laptop and stable internet connection</li><li>Strong communication skills with proficiency in Tamil and English</li><li>Willingness to travel</li><li>Experience in Amazon Selling/ listing.(Required)</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Work Details<ul><li>Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month</li><li>Job Type: Full-time</li><li>Work Mode: Work From Office</li><li>Schedule: 6 days a week</li></ul>About Us:&middot; Learner Circle is an edtech startup dedicated to helping children discover and pursue their passions through online live extracurricular and skill development courses.
