Perform general office duties to support Sales &amp; Marketing such as;
<br>
<ul><li>Replying client emails</li>
<li>Preparing Group &amp; Banquet Offers</li>
<li>Opera Entries (Account, Contact, Group &amp; Banquet Block Entry)</li>
<li>Sales Office Daily Reports preparations (Transient &amp; Group)</li>
<li>Filing, Group File preparations</li>
<li>BEO, Attrition, Daily Event report preparations</li>
<li>Month End Reports preparations</li>
<li>ESS Survey weekly upload</li>
<li>Telemarketing to prospect clients</li>
<li>Preparing sales voucher for clients</li>
<li>Helping sales team in all fields</li>
<li>Generate letters, invitations, and final participant/attendee lists</li>
<li>Maintain and update databases, spreadsheets, and electronic filing systems related to Sales and Marketing activities (e.g., tours, mailings)</li>
<li>Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information (e.g., commissions, leads, third parties) in software involved in the sales process</li>
</ul></div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Required Skills</b></h2><div>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field</li>
<li>Advanced English communication skills</li>
<li>Usage of Opera system and strong computer skills</li>
<li>Strong organization, planning and communication skills</li>
<li>Result oriented, strong persuasion skills, team player</li>
<li>High energy level, self-motivated, articulate</li></ul></div></div>
