<div><p>Restaurant Servers are responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests. Servers play an important role in guest satisfaction. Servers represent the hotel to all guests, assisting with guest needs, and completing all daily duties and assigned projects utilizing the principles, policies and standards of Hulsing Hotels.</p><p><b>
Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Ensure guest satisfaction for all guests through proper progression of service sequence.</li><li>
Have the ability to service multiple tables and guests in an efficient manner.</li><li>
Know all menu item ingredients, be conversant with the cooking techniques of each item, know the correct presentation of each menu item.</li><li>
Know how to efficiently operate the POS system.</li><li>
In all guest interactions associate must always be professional, accommodating, helpful and friendly.</li><li>
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned.</li></ul><ul><li>
High School Diploma or at least one (1) year of previous experience as a food and beverage server or another related field.</li><li>
Previous hotel-related or customer service experience desired.</li><li>
Must be team oriented, empathetic, friendly and show initiative.</li><li>
Must be able to represent the hotel in a professional manner to hotel guests.</li></ul></div>

Restaurant Server

<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Job Description</b></h2><ul><li>Will be passionate in delivering high level of service to internal and external guests alike and adhere to all brand standards, compliance standards and training schedules to sustain and contribute to the premium service delivered at Sheraton Istanbul Levent.
</li><li>Will manage the switchboard where all incoming calls and external phone calls are done in accordance to Marriott International and Sheraton brand standards, with a high level of service understanding.
</li><li>Will be able to handle all guest related requests/defects either via the phone or in the Guest Services Office area and properly inform supervisors for further follow up and action.
</li><li>Will be responsible to keep the office and equipment clean and organized at all times, prepare daily wake up lists, make live wake up calls, prepare daily reports through Opera .
</li><li>Will be responsible of taking room service orders in accordance to brand standards.
</li><li>Will be highly familiar with all emergency procedures: bomb threat, fire alarm, death and evacuation plans.
</li><li>Will ensure that Guest Response Process is in place and all follow-up calls are made and will actively contribute to getting feedback from guests regarding their preferences.
</li><li>Will act as a communication agent between departments when necessary and ensure all guest related issues are addressed in a prompt and efficient manner.
</li><li>Will work with transparency and integrity, contributing to team work and spirit, at all times.</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Required Skills</b></h2><div>
<ul><li>2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Tourism Management, or other related study</li>
<li>At least 2 years experience at Front Office disipline</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</li>
<li>Ability to focus attention on details and to handle multiple tasks</li>
<li>Result driven, proactive and reliable personality</li>

Helps to pick up the luggage from the rooms and move them to the rooms.<br>
It helps the suitcases in the front of the hotel to be downloaded and transported to the vehicles.<br>

Tracking and withdrawing missing documents and materials from the warehouse.<br>

Bartenders represent the hotel to all guests, assisting with guest needs, and completing all daily duties and assigned projects utilizing the principles, policies and standards of Hulsing Hotels.</p><p>
