 Prepare procurement reports and support management decision-making.

 Requirements

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Typically 7&ndash;10 years of experience in civil procurement, supporting large-scale Projects.
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Strong experience in civil procurement.
 
 </li>
 
 <li>
 
 Proven leadership and team management skills.
 
 </li>
