With global sales and services, we aim to become our customers' most trusted partner on their journey to a more sustainablefuture.https://www.sigenergy.com/enRole OverviewAs a Field Service Engineer, you will deliver end-to-end technical support to clients, including on-site installation guidance, commissioning, and troubleshooting for our energy storage products within the warranty period. You will ensure stable and efficient operation of products and deliver high-quality service experience. You will also provide professional training for installers, business partners and client operation and maintenance teams.Job Responsibilities1. Lead on-site installation, commissioning and full-range testing of PV and energy storage systems (DC side, AC side, EMS &amp; SCADA systems), ensuring all operational parameters meet design standards and grid connection acceptance requirements.2. Respond promptly to identify and resolve on-site technical faults related to equipment, communication, data and other issues to keep projects on track.3. Maintain client relationships, update project progress regularly and address inquiries in a timely manner. Organize training for client operation and maintenance staff to improve overall service satisfaction.4. Provide after-sales technical support for products and systems under warranty. Respond quickly to service requests, accurately diagnose and efficiently fix faults regarding equipment, communication links, data transmission and system control. Minimize downtime and ensure continuous and stable system operation.Job Requirements1. Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related disciplines.2. Experience: Minimum 3 years of on-site delivery experience in the new energy or power industry. Hands-on experience in installation and commissioning of at least two large-scale energy storage projects with strong on-site troubleshooting capabilities.3. Professional Skills: In-depth knowledge of the overall architecture and working principles of core energy storage equipment.4. Competencies: Able to quickly diagnose and resolve complex on-site faults; familiar with full grid connection procedures; proficient in mainstream communication protocols and commissioning tools for independent system joint debugging. Possess a valid High/Low Voltage Electrician Certificate.5. Language Skills: Fluent in Arabic and English. Proficiency in Chinese and other local languages is a plus.Work Location: Remote

This role focuses on customer development, project acquisition, and close collaboration with solution and technical teams to secure and deliver large-scale ground-mounted projects.Responsibilities:1. Lead sales activities for utility-scale, ground-mounted solar PV and energy storage projects, including ground-mounted PV-only and ground-mounted energy storage projects.2. Develop and manage relationships with key customers, EPCs, developers, and utilities, driving project opportunities from early-stage engagement to contract signing.3. Work closely with the Solution Manager and technical teams to support pre-sales activities, including bid interpretation, technical solution alignment, and project feasibility discussions.4. Participate in bid preparation, commercial negotiations, and contract signing, ensuring alignment with company strategy and profitability targets.5. Support awarded projects during pre-contract and execution phases, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and project delivery.6. Collect and analyze market intelligence, including industry trends, competitor solutions, government policies, and customer requirements, and translate insights into effective sales strategies.7. Collaborate closely with marketing teams on market entry strategies, customer engagement activities, and brand promotion.8. Achieve assigned sales targets and regularly report sales pipeline, forecasts, and market feedback to management.Requirements:1. At least 3 years of experience in utility-scale ground-mounted projects, including ground-mounted PV-only and ground-mounted energy storage projects.2. Good understanding of inverters, medium-voltage systems, and energy storage systems, with the ability to engage in technical discussions with customers and EPCs.3. Familiarity with mainstream domestic and international PV and energy storage solution providers.4. Minimum 5 years of experience in renewable energy sales or business development, with strong utility-scale project exposure.5. Strong customer-facing, negotiation, and cross-functional coordination skills.6. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or above in Engineering, Energy, or related fields; Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus.7.
