Procurement &amp; Purchasing<ul><li>Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, delivery timelines, and service.</li><li>Create purchase orders and ensure timely procurement of materials, goods, and services.</li><li>Manage local and international sourcing depending on requirements.</li><li>Maintain optimal stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.</li></ul>Vendor &amp; Supplier Management<ul><li>Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors.</li><li>Conduct regular vendor performance reviews.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery and handle escalations related to delays or quality issues.</li></ul>Negotiation &amp; Cost Management<ul><li>Negotiate pricing, credit terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.</li><li>Analyze costs and create strategies for cost reduction without compromising quality.</li><li>Compare quotations and prepare cost analysis reports.</li></ul>Inventory &amp; Stock Coordination<ul><li>Work closely with store, warehouse, and production teams to track inventory levels.</li><li>Monitor consumption patterns and forecast purchase requirements.</li><li>Oversee GRN (Goods Receipt Notes) and ensure accurate documentation.</li></ul>Documentation &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of purchases, vendor contracts, invoices, and delivery notes.</li><li>Prepare weekly/monthly purchase reports for management.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company purchasing policies &amp; statutory requirements.</li></ul>Coordination<ul><li>Collaborate with finance to ensure timely vendor payments.</li><li>Coordinate with quality teams for material inspection and approvals.</li><li>Work with logistics teams for shipping, transport, and delivery tracking.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field.</li><li>3&ndash;8 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills.</li><li>Good knowledge of supply chain, vendor management, and inventory management.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and procurement software.</li><li>Analytical, detail-oriented, and result-driven.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced MIS Analyst with strong analytical skills and hands-on expertise in Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
