If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in your work, this is the perfect opportunity to contribute your skills and grow within a dynamic team.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform thorough cleaning of all designated areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common spaces, ensuring they meet quality standards.</li><li>Execute various cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain hygiene and cleanliness.</li><li>Handle laundry duties efficiently, including washing, folding, ironing, and organizing linens and clothing items.</li><li>Maintain floor care by sweeping, polishing, buffing, and applying appropriate treatments to preserve flooring integrity.</li><li>Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest or resident needs promptly and courteously.</li><li>Manage sanitation procedures in accordance with health regulations to ensure safe environments for all occupants.</li><li>Assist with housekeeping management tasks such as inventory control of cleaning supplies and scheduling cleaning routines for maximum efficiency.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments; janitorial or custodial experience is highly valued.</li><li>Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care methods.</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy items, standing for extended periods, and bending comfortably.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.</li><li>Familiarity with housekeeping management practices and hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus.</li><li>Basic knowledge of laundry processes and carpet cleaning techniques.</li><li>Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety protocols at all times.
