Job Summary: 
 The Quality Inspector monitors the nightly in-process production by performing visual, dimensional and functional inspections.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform visual, dimensional and functional inspections in accordance with In-Process inspection procedures.</li><li>
Dimensionally inspect product utilizing various measuring devices, such as calipers.</li><li>
Document inspection data on appropriate records.</li><li>
Utilize computer to record and calculate statistical data.</li><li>
Regular attendance and professionalism.</li><li>
Record shift highlights in log book.</li><li>
Follow procedures for retaining samples.</li><li>
Notify foreperson of any non-conformances. Follow procedures for product rejections.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness of work areas and Quality Control equipment.</li><li>
Generate Labels for daily production at the start of each shift if required.</li><li>
Coordinate Daily MRB Product evaluation or reject Reporting.</li><li>
Responsible for supervising the rework of nonconforming products in the hold area and performing final inspection on reworked product if instructed.</li><li>
Participate in production meetings and provide quality status of production if required.</li><li>
Other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Essential Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>
Minimum of 1-year prior experience in Quality Control</li><li>
Experience with precision measuring equipment</li><li>
Blueprint Interpretation skills.</li><li>
Must have computer skills and familiarity with Word and Excel programs</li><li>
Knowledge of SPC and ISO 9001 &amp; 13485 system requirements</li><li>
Ability to pay close attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to work well with others and independently.</li><li>
Ability to read, write and communicate in English</li></ul> 
Desirable Qualifications:<ul><li>Experience within medical device manufacturing.</li><li>
Minimum of 1 year experience in Plastic Injection Molding Environment</li></ul>
Position is for split shift - 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM

Stand, walk, bend, squat, twist, reach or otherwise move frequently</li><li>
Occasional repetitive motion and grasping</li><li>
Occasional climbing to reach areas on machines or racks</li><li>

Job Summary: The Regional Human Resources Manager is a strategic and operational hands-on partner to business leaders across multiple locations. This position is a critical link between corporate HR initiatives and local execution and is responsible for delivering consistent HR programs, ensuring compliance and supporting workforce effectiveness while driving a positive employee experience.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:<div><ul><li>
Partner with site leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals and operational needs.</li><li>
Provide advanced employee relations support, including conducting investigations and resolving complex workplace issues while mitigating risk.</li><li>
Ensure, monitor and audit HR practices for compliance with federal, state and local employment laws; recommend best practices.</li><li>
Lead and support talent management processes, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and succession planning.</li><li>
Lead and support change initiatives that enhance employee engagement, strengthen culture, and improve retention.</li><li>
Analyze HR metrics and trends to help make informed decisions on improving organizational performance.</li><li>
Drive performance management programs that align individual contributions to business goals.</li><li>
Oversee performance review cycles, compensation, benefits, and leave administration ensuring competitiveness and compliance.</li><li>
Supervise and develop HR team members, providing coaching, mentorship, and leadership to build a high-performing HR team. Establish key performance indicators for HR team effectiveness and continuous improvement.</li><li>
Evaluate organizational climate and implement strategies to address engagement and performance gaps.</li><li>
Manage workers&rsquo; compensation claims, OSHA logs, and related compliance activities while ensuring cost containment and mitigating risk.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>

Essential Qualifications:<div><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources or related field.</li><li>
10+ years of progressive Human Resources, including at least 5 years in an HR leadership role.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience supporting multi-site operations</li><li>
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking and oversight with hands-on execution.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of employment law, employee relations, talent management and organization development.</li><li>
Experience partnering effectively with corporate HR functions and senior leadership.</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Strong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Experience with a HRIS and highly proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>
Must be able to lead, develop and mentor HR professionals across multiple locations.</li></ul></div>

Experience in the medical device or regulated manufacturing industry</li><li>
