Job PurposePrepare accurate, compliant technical drawings and models for infrastructure and landscaping works, ensuring alignment with project requirements, authority standards, and Sobha PMC quality procedures. Support coordination between design, site, and authority teams across all project stages.Key Responsibilities1. Drawing &amp; Design Development<ul><li>Prepare 2D/3D drawings using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.</li><li>Develop plans, sections, layouts, and infrastructure drawings (roads, utilities, drainage, irrigation, lighting, telecom).</li><li>Create road grading, cross-sections, and corridor designs.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers to meet design requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IFC drawings, authority regulations, and company standards.</li><li>Maintain drawing registers, revisions, and EDMS documentation.</li></ul>2. Authority &amp; Coordination<ul><li>Prepare drawings for authority submissions (DM, RTA, DEWA, etc.).</li><li>Incorporate authority/consultant feedback accurately.</li><li>Support NOC and approval processes.</li></ul>3. Quality &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Follow QMS/IMS procedures and drawing standards.</li><li>Conduct self-checks for accuracy and completeness.</li><li>Ensure zero audit non-conformities.</li></ul>4. Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Contribute to TQM and process improvements.</li><li>Support digital and Lean Six Sigma initiatives.</li><li>Develop templates and standard drafting elements.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Diploma/Bachelor&rsquo;s in Civil or related field</li><li>3&ndash;6+ years experience (min. 5 years in PMC preferred)</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Office, EDMS</li><li>Infrastructure drafting, roadworks, utilities</li><li>Strong attention to detail, coordination, and time management</li></ul>Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
