 Our client, the in-house agency of a globally recognized financial institution, is looking for a
 
 Visual Designer
 
 to support a new, high-visibility initiative focused on elevating executive presence across social media, digital channels, and presentations. This initiative supports C-Suite executives, Managing Directors, and Executive Directors, and will expand significantly over time. This is a hybrid position based in NYC, requiring in-office presence three days per week (specific days vary). The role offers the opportunity to work on a growing program that combines design, strategy, and storytelling at the enterprise level.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Design visually engaging content for social and digital channels to support the personal brands of senior leaders
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop original graphics and adapt existing assets into social, digital, and presentation formats
 </li>
 <li>
 Create simple motion assets using After Effects, Canva, or Figma to bring static designs to life
 </li>
 <li>
 Design polished executive decks that complement digital and social storytelling
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate closely with content strategists, marketers, and cross-functional stakeholders
 </li>
 <li>
 Translate creative briefs into smart, brand-aligned design solutions
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain consistency across deliverables while exploring new formats and approaches
 </li>
 <li>
 Support the development of design templates and scalable systems as the program expands
 </li>
 <li>
 Present work to internal stakeholders and contribute to strategic discussions around visual direction
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing social, digital, and presentation work
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient in Figma, Canva and Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects is a plus
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrated experience creating motion graphics for digital and social channels (even simple animations)
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of platform nuances&mdash;especially LinkedIn
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with designing for corporate/financial brands or clients
 </li>
 <li>
 Highly collaborative and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear communicator with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

 We are working on a full time hour/40 a week for a Graphic Designer within a top fashion company. The role is starting in Sept and will for approximately 4 months to start. Role is hybrid schedule in their midtown office. Will be working on a variety of marketing collateral for a few children's brands.
 
 
 
 Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Concept and design packaging, signage, digital assets, and wholesale partner graphics that reflect the brand.
 </li>
 <li>
 Art direct and support seasonal photo shoots, including making selects, marking up images for retouching, and managing post-production workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Upload, organize, crop, rename, and manage image libraries across retouching and asset management platforms.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams on campaign development, in-store executions, and digital content.
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide hands-on retouching and resizing when needed to meet tight deadlines or high-volume requests.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain consistency in brand identity across all creative touchpoints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay current on trends in fashion, photography, typography, and layout design to keep the work relevant and fresh.
 </li>
 <li>
 Be comfortable with generating AI content.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3-5 years experience in graphic design, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or retail environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Lightroom, XD); experience with Capture One, Pixels is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven experience art directing photo shoots&mdash;both studio and lifestyle.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of post-production, file organization, asset workflows, raw file processing and image optimization for print and digital.
 </li>
 <li>
 Keen eye for detail in composition, color, typography, and photography.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborative attitude and the ability to balance creative vision with practical execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines in a high-volume creative pipeline.
 </li>
 </ul>
