We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Shared Services Operations Manager to lead central operations teams in alignment with our strategic goals, company standards, and policies. In this role, you will lead non-clinical teams to drive process integration, optimize workflows for our Central Operations population health operations, and utilize data-driven insights to improve patient outcomes. This role will lead cross-functional teams to improve patient care efficiency, leverage technology to optimize processes, and ensure adherence to best practices.</p>
Responsibilities:
<p>
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
Lead central operations teams in alignment with company standards, policies, and strategic goals.</li><li>
Supports or manages department forecasting, change management and member eligibility mapping.</li><li>
Understands and utilizes business intelligence reports/tools to manage business operations</li><li>
Leading weekly/monthly meetings, scheduling, auditing employee KPI&rsquo;s</li></ul><ul><li>
Review, manage and coordinate case assignments with care teams for identified patient populations.</li><li>
Assigns overflow of tasks as needed.</li><li>
Evaluate and help to transform workflows for clinical and non-clinical functions supporting population health operations</li><li>
Lead teams of non-clinical teammates supporting shared service operations for population health clients</li><li>
Manage operational budgets, contribute to financial planning for population health shared services functions</li><li>
Execute innovation initiatives to make population health operations more efficient (ex. - automation), and allow teammates to operate at &quot;top of license&quot;</li><li>
Lead efforts to progress teammate culture</li><li>
Drive integration of processes across supporting shared services functions</li><li>
Manages staff adherence to Somatus workflows, protocols, best practices, and documentation expectations via documentation and call audits.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<p><b>
Required Education and Experience:</b></p><ul><li><div>
Bachelor&rsquo;s in health/business or relevant field preferred</div></li><li><div>
Minimum of 3&ndash;5 years of leadership experience directly overseeing clinical and/or non-clinical teams.</div></li><li><div>
Ability to lead teams through workflow transformations and the adoption of new technologies (e.g., automation and AI-driven tools).</div></li><li><div>
Proven experience using business intelligence (BI) tools and data metrics (e.g., productivity data, budgets) to drive operational decision-making.</div></li></ul><div></div><p><b><br>
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required to communicate with teammates, patients, family members, physicians, and other health care providers, as well as other colleagues.</li><li>
Must possess strong problem-solving abilities and analytical skills.</li><li>
Deep understanding of value-based care models, patient population stratification, and clinical/non-clinical workflow optimization.</li><li>
Utilizes critical thinking and good judgement in performance of tasks.</li><li>
Must possess good organizational skills and the ability to multitask and to prioritize daily assignments to ensure smooth workflow.</li><li>
Intermediate skills with Microsoft applications which may include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based applications. May produce complex documents, perform analysis, and maintain databases.</li><li>
Knowledge of workforce planning, including member eligibility mapping and caseload distribution.</li><li>
Positive and inspiring team leadership style to drive outcomes while driving a culture of excellence by keeping team members engaged.</li><li>
Knowledge and experience to coach team members to empower patients in self-management and shared decision making.</li><li>
Ability to travel to HQ as needed.</li></ul>

The IT Help Desk Specialist I provides first-line technical support to Somatus employees across the United States. This role supports both corporate and remote team members, ensuring timely resolution of technology issues that enable uninterrupted patient-focused work. While classified as a Level 1 role, this position offers opportunities to contribute beyond basic support through ownership of issues, collaboration with cross-functional IT teams, and participation in continuous improvement initiatives. This role is well suited for experienced help desk professionals, including those from MSP environments, who value service excellence and mission-driven work.</div>
