Your proactive approach and technical skills will help uphold the highest standards of facility operations, contributing to an exceptional guest experience every day.Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), and structural systems to ensure optimal operation.</li><li>Troubleshoot and repair issues related to electrical systems, including the use of schematics, ohmmeters, and programmable logic controllers (PLCs).</li><li>Conduct welding and residential painting tasks as needed to maintain the property's appearance and safety standards.</li><li>Read and interpret technical schematics and mechanical drawings to diagnose problems accurately.</li><li>Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to track work orders, maintenance schedules, and inventory management.</li><li>Supervise or assist with facilities maintenance projects, including supervising team members or contractors when necessary.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards while performing repairs or installations.</li><li>Lead small teams during maintenance projects, demonstrating leadership skills while fostering a collaborative work environment.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests promptly and professionally.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Proven experience in facilities or building maintenance within a hospitality or manufacturing environment.</li><li>Strong electrical experience with knowledge of schematics, PLCs, and troubleshooting electrical circuits using tools like ohmmeters.</li><li>Mechanical knowledge including HVAC systems, plumbing, welding techniques, and general building repairs.</li><li>Ability to read technical schematics and mechanical drawings accurately.</li><li>Experience with CMMS software for maintenance tracking is preferred.</li><li>Supervising or leadership experience in a maintenance setting is advantageous.</li><li>Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate effectively with team members and vendors.</li><li>Residential painting skills are a plus for property aesthetic upkeep.</li><li>Knowledge of safety protocols related to facilities maintenance operations.
