The Shipping Lead should be highly detailed and work well under pressure to coordinate lots of changing factors. While their main priority is scheduling trucks efficiently, other Truck Dispatcher job duties include:</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Print Staging Documents &amp; highlight picking items for loading team.</li><li>Organize Staging Documents in work bins for picking associates</li><li>Update shipping whiteboards with customer information: Customer name, state, sales order number, number of trucks, door numbers when available.</li><li>Coordinate workflow for international shipments and communicate with International Logistics Coordinator on all scheduling, container drop-offs and pick-ups.</li><li>Monitor and process sales order changes from Sales as they pertain to, but not limited to, picking, trucks, and shipping dates.</li><li>Communicate Sales Order changes with trucking companies as they relate to delivery address changes, shipping date changes, number of trucks required for delivery, and coordinate shipping to storage.</li><li>Notify Sales of order errors/discrepancies via email.</li><li>Work closely with loaders and have them communicate missing items and inform management and production team</li><li>Create all BOL&rsquo;s</li><li>QC all trucks for equipment as completed by loaders.</li><li>Communicate to management all errors, capacity and shifting changes.</li><li>Coordinate all pick-ups with trucking companies via email.</li><li>Maintain inventory of empty trailers in lot and communicate when additional empty trailers are needed</li></ul><div>
a. Communication for trailers will be via email to trucking companies and Manager.</div><ul><li>Coordinate all truck moves as needed with trucking companies and update Truck Move Log.</li></ul><div>
a. Maintain consistent flow of available trailers in bay doors for loading</div><ul><li>Distribute End-of-Day Debrief to Manager and Logistics Analyst.</li></ul><div>
a. Missing Parts for orders scheduled for working week.</div><div>
b. List of trucks pending to be completed.</div><div>
c. Late Trucks</div><div>
d. Carrier Issues</div><div>
e. Potential Back Orders</div><ul><li>Follow warehouse safety guidelines.</li><li>Other duties as assigned by Manager.</li></ul>
Qualifications:

Experience &amp; Education:</div><ul><li>1-2 years warehouse experience required</li><li>Forklift experience required</li><li>Scan Gun experience required</li><li>High School Diploma/GED required</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Working Conditions &amp; Physical Demands:</div><ul><li>Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment.</li><li>Will require heavy work (lifting greater than 30 pounds). Ability to carry 50 lbs. for 100 feet unassisted.</li><li>Machinery operation requires the use of safety PPE equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protectors, steel-toe shoes, and hardhats. Loose fitting clothes and jewelry are not permitted</li><li>Regularly required to stand or sit, and move about the facility. Ability to stand for 8 hours per day.</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Materials and Equipment Used: Will require proper coordination, and motor skills to work with power/hand tools as needed.</div><div></div><div><br>
Tools: SAP Software, Label Machines, scales, and printers.</div><div></div><div><br>

The Payroll Manager manages the Payroll Specialist and any payroll related activity. They must be able to effectively manage priorities with great attention to detail while performing a wide variety of routine record-keeping and payroll processing activities. The Payroll Manager is also responsible for working with Director of HR on developing and implementing strategic business and technical plans, a culture of accountability and accuracy, and setting high standards for the completion of day-to-day or project tasks.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Manage, and supports the Payroll Specialist.</li><li>
Responsible for employee performance, promotion recommendation, transfers, and disciplinary actions.</li><li>
Ability to troubleshoot complex payroll issues, run and analyze reports</li><li>
Processes payroll, monitor time and attendance, and payroll activities for all sites.</li><li>
Ensures compliance with all state and federal and local tax regulations.</li><li>
Proactively address and resolve payroll issues. i.e.: manual adjustments, tax discrepancies, time and attendance.</li><li>
Assist in the review of current payroll processes to identify areas of process improvements and standardization.</li><li>
Maintain staff education, problem solving and ability to process cases effectively communicate effectively with various levels of management to ensure high level of customer support and positive customer interactions.</li><li>
Demonstrated knowledge of Federal and State law impacting pay practices.</li><li>
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated excellence in communicating with audiences across a wide spectrum of society with &bull; Proactive and service oriented; able to lead customer service excellence.</li><li>
Ability to effectively plan, organize and coordinate own and others&rsquo; actions.</li><li>
Provides guidance and support to decision makers on strategy, policy and technical issues based on significant quantitative and qualitative analysis.</li><li>
Stays current on industry standards by engaging in networking and benchmarking.</li><li>
Reviews applicable industry benchmarks to meet or exceed year over year.</li><li>
Develops resolutions to complex problems that require the frequent use of creativity.</li><li>
Responsible for the preparation and processing of bi-weekly payrolls</li><li>
Ensure Payroll is processed incompliance with multi-state wage and hour laws.</li><li>
Partner with Human Resources and other business partners to ensure accurate and timely transfer of data between departments and systems.</li><li>
Report preparation by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, disability, and nontaxable wages.</li><li>
Create ad hoc reports in support of the organization as necessary.</li><li>
Determine payroll liabilities by approving the calculation of employee federal and state income and social security taxes, and employer&rsquo;s social security, unemployment, and workers compensation payments.</li><li>
Maintain payroll guidelines by writing and updating policies and procedures.</li><li>
Perform special projects or other duties as requested.</li></ul><br>

Qualifications:
<ul><li>A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Payroll. CPP/FPC certification a plus.</li><li>
A minimum of 3 years of supervisor experience.</li><li>
BA/BS degree required or equivalent experience. Advanced HRIS skills (ADP Workforce Now strongly preferred) along with excellent Microsoft Office skills.</li><li>
Strong oral and written skills.</li></ul><div>
