The Welder II is responsible for the fabrication of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel sub-components which are supplied to the assembly, shipping and distribution departments. The welder works from engineering blueprints, production orders, work instructions and inspection plans and is responsible for first piece and in-process inspection of product that leaves their work station. Individuals in this position must be skilled in both welding as well as other fabrication disciplines, as well as the maintenance of the machines in those disciplines. The welder can be assigned to any work station as required by product demand. Housekeeping, safety, organization and teamwork are essential values within the welding department. Works under immediate supervision.</div><div></div><div><br>

Responsibilities:
<div>
Performs first piece and intermittent inspections on own parts and inspects and signs off on first piece for other welders</div><ul><li>Proficient in use of plasma cutter and cutting torch</li><li>Performs robot setups and has basic experience in robot programming (point touch-ups, inspecting weld quality and notifying trained programmer, etc)</li><li>Performs setup of punch presses</li><li>Can make horizontal TIG (GTAW) welds on both aluminum and stainless steel</li><li>Proficient in setup and operation of rolling machine, punch presses, and sheet metal shop</li><li>Basic knowledge/exposure to SAP, including signing in and out of work orders</li><li>Welds product using fixtures with minimal supervision</li><li>Can interpret basic elements of a drawing or sketch including welding symbols</li><li>Can identify types of joints and welds</li><li>Can set up and maintain welding machines including changing wire, gas.</li><li>Has authority to stop production when nonconforming parts are detected</li><li>Follows safe manufacturing and material handling practices with adherence to PPE requirements</li><li>Can follow written and verbal details to complete assignments</li><li>Understands and adheres to company 5S standards</li><li>Understands and adheres to employee handbook standards</li><li>Can accurately record labor times and adhere to productivity standards</li><li>Can use a ruler, tape measure, or caliper to perform accurate measurements to part specifications</li><li>Can compute, including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division of fractions and decimals</li><li>Understands and demonstrates the 5 core behavioral expectations: Communicative, Motivated, Responsible, dependable, Inquisitive.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment, including TPM of Welding Machinery</li><li>Work with management team to communicate all problems or ideas for improvement</li><li>Support continuous improvement programs</li><li>Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.</li><li>Meets all requirements of Welder 1 plus above listed criteria</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Proficiency in all MIG (GMAW) applications used at Sonny&rsquo;s</li><li>Basic knowledge robot setups and maintenance and creation of robot programs</li><li>Basic understanding of TIG (GTAW) concepts and skills</li><li>Basic knowledge of robot programming procedures</li><li>Takes full ownership of QC for parts produced</li><li>Performs QC checks on parts produced by others</li></ul><div></div><div><br>
Experience required. We are currently looking for a Service Technician with previous experience in related fields to join our team. This hourly position is responsible for the servicing of car wash systems throughout the United States. The Service Technician will establish, promote, and maintain relationships with all customers, co-workers, sales representatives, and others as appropriate. The ideal candidate is capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Hours may vary, and the position will require up to 30% travel.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Perform maintenance and repair of car wash systems at customer sites, ensuring all work meets company and industry standards.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, providing on-site and remote support as needed.</li><li>Interact with customers reflecting courtesy, integrity, and good workmanship.</li><li>Serve existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedules; investigating complaints; conducting tests; resolving problems.</li><li>Maintain rapport with customers by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques; recommending system improvements.</li><li>Complete and submit accurate and timely documentation, including Field Service Reports, Service Tickets, expense reports, mileage logs, and records of service actions, in accordance with company guidelines.</li><li>Safeguard company and customer information and valuable equipment.</li><li>Comply with pertinent safety codes and regulations, including OSHA standards.</li><li>Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required by job duties and company policies.</li><li>Promptly report any work-related accidents or injuries within 24 hours to designated personnel.</li><li>Maintain customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.</li><li>Clean and inspect company-provided service vehicles weekly.</li><li>Assist in the training of new Service Technicians.</li><li>Contribute to team objectives by supporting colleagues and participating in company initiatives as needed.</li><li>Maintain the highest level of skills for service of specified systems.</li><li>Provide status updates on service work performed on-site per sales ticket.</li><li>Train customer personnel on equipment use.</li><li>Understand that there may be other duties to perform as needed that are not itemized in this job description.</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>High School Diploma/GED required. Preference given to Technical School graduates, Automotive Techs, Fabricators, &amp; Installers.</li><li>3-5 years of hands on installation or construction field.</li><li>Prior experience in the Electrical, Automotive, HVAC, or Welding is a plus.</li><li>Travel required.</li><li>Will require proper coordination, and motor skills to work with power/hand tools as needed.</li><li>Clean Driving Record &amp; Valid Driver's License.</li></ul><div></div><div><i><br>

Service Technician

The CDL Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely deliveries of chemical and detail goods to predetermined customers on specific routes. The role will also be responsible for reviewing orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks, and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. Some overnight travel. Overnight travel could be 2-3 nights per week.</div>
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Deliver to sites and customers on assigned routes in a safe and timely matter</li><li>Analyze delivery address, determine appropriate routes, and maintain schedule</li><li>Conduct inspections of vehicles before departing to deliver goods</li><li>Pack and load products onto trucks according to company&rsquo;s specifications</li><li>Unload goods as per client specifications</li><li>Review orders before and after delivery and obtain delivery confirmations</li><li>Review deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs and customer is satisfied</li><li>Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record</li><li>Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries</li><li>Maintain ongoing communication with dispatch personnel</li><li>Check in with warehouse on delivery progress as needed</li><li>Always keep vehicle organized, clean and tidy</li><li>Report any accidents or injuries to supervisor immediately</li><li>Work with support team to provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns</li><li>Maintain driving log, prepare vehicle performance forms including, Performance and documentation of Daily Vehicle Pre-Trip Inspections, and complete daily paperwork</li><li>Provide special care in delivering fragile and hazardous products</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul>

The Scrum Master will facilitate and coordinate Agile Scrum processes within our organization, ensuring our cross-functional teams can work collaboratively and efficiently to deliver high-quality solutions.
