Pay Range: $61,464.00 to $92,206.40

Learning and Development Training Specialist II:

Hiring Range: $65,769.60 to $87,692.80

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Learning and Development Training Specialist is responsible for the needs assessment and identification; research and development; implementation, maintenance and coordination; communication; improvement; and evaluation of comprehensive learning and development initiatives that improve SCF&rsquo;s overall workforce performance, development, and readiness.

Qualifications:

SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF&rsquo;s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF&rsquo;s vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:

<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in training, education, Human Resources, or related field; OR equivalent combination of education, training and experience.</li></ul>
<ul><li>Two (2) years of experience in the field of training and development, education, or Human Resources.</li></ul>
<ul><li>One (1) ATD Master Certificate, or equivalent; OR ability to obtain within one (1) year.</li></ul>

Additional Qualifications for Learning and Development Training Specialist II:

1. Three (3) years in Learning and Development and demonstrated competency as a Learning and Development Training Specialist I.

Summary of Job Responsibilities:

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Learning and Development Advisor is responsible for working with senior leadership, management, committees, and learning and development employees to develop and redesign learning and development systems and processes to improve the overall effectiveness of SCF&rsquo;s workforce performance, development, and readiness.

(CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF&rsquo;s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Hiring Rage: $25.81 to $34.42

Pay Range: $25.81 to $38.72

Summary of Job Responsibilites:

The Southcentral Foundation (SCF) Learning and Development Associate is responsible for employee learning and development (L&amp;D) to assist SCF in achieving its corporate objectives.

This position has two (2) levels designed to provide progressively more responsible and independent work experiences. Progression between job levels is based on the demonstrated ability to successfully handle more progressively responsible assignments.

Qualifications:

SCF programs are established to serve a primary population comprised of Alaska Native people who are affiliated with Cook Inlet Region, Inc. (CIRI) and Alaska Native and American Indian people within SCF&rsquo;s geographical service area. Employees should have a thorough understanding of the cultures and the needs of this population. Such knowledge is critical to ensure the achievement of SCF&rsquo;s vision of a Native Community that enjoys physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellness, and mission of working together with the Native Community to achieve wellness through health and related services:

<ul><li>Have one (1) ATD Essential certificate within one (1) year of hire.</li></ul>
</div>
Additional Qualifications for Learning and Development Associate II:

<ul><li>Two (2) additional years of education or equivalent combination of education and experience in training, vocational, occupational, career counseling, adult education, Human Resources, or related field; OR demonstrated proficiency as an L&amp;D Associate I at SCF.</li></ul>
