Our family business is growing, and you can grow with us.</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts and other assistive devices</li><li>Monitor and record vital signs, including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rates accurately within electronic health record (EHR) systems</li><li>Support medication administration under supervision, ensuring proper documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations</li><li>Provide specialized care for residents with dementia or Alzheimer's disease, including memory care techniques and behavioral health support</li><li>Collaborate with nursing staff on patient care plans, reporting changes in condition promptly and effectively</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with current state licensure or registration (required)</li><li>Current Medication Aide or Tech (required)</li><li>Experience working in long-term care facilities, assisted living, nursing homes, hospitals (including ICU or trauma centers)</li><li>Knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and patient service best practices</li><li>Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, eClinicalWorks or similar platforms</li><li>Experience supporting patients with complex needs such as dementia conditions or disabilities is preferred</li><li>Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting using Hoyer lifts and assisting with mobility safely</li><li>Strong communication skills and a compassionate attitude toward elderly residents</li></ul>Join us to deliver exceptional care that truly makes a difference in lives every day!
