<div>As our Shipping Lead, you&rsquo;ll take charge of daily shipping operations &mdash; coordinating shipments, managing inventory, and working closely with production, sales, and customer service to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. You&rsquo;ll be the go-to person for making sure everything moves efficiently and accurately.</div>
<div></div><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Oversee shipping activities including Truckload, LTL, and ground shipments</li>
<li>Ensure all shipping documentation is accurate and compliant</li>
<li>Manage packaging and labeling to meet regulations and standards</li>
<li>Maintain inventory accuracy and support warehouse organization</li>
<li>Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and clients</li>
<li>Identify and solve problems quickly to keep shipments on track</li>
</ul><div><b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</b></div>
<ul><li>Experience with shipping systems software and ERP systems</li>
<li>Strong understanding of freight classifications and shipping regulations</li>
<li>Knowledge of inventory control and warehouse management</li>
<li>Excellent time management and attention to detail</li>
