Key ResponsibilitiesEngineering &amp; Design Coordination<ul><li>Develop, review, and approve P&amp;IDs, plot plans, mechanical datasheets, and civil/structural GA drawings.</li><li>Lead interdisciplinary design reviews (30%, 60%, 90% model reviews, HAZOP, SIL).</li><li>Manage RFIs, deviation requests, and maintain live technical registers with timely closeouts.</li></ul>Procurement Support<ul><li>Prepare MRs and conduct technical bid evaluations (TBE).</li><li>Review vendor documents, inspection/test plans, and expedite long-lead items.</li><li>Lead pre-bid meetings and supplier kick-offs for critical packages.</li></ul>Construction &amp; Commissioning Interface<ul><li>Issue IFC packages, manage as-built dossiers, and coordinate site issue resolutions within 24 hours.</li><li>Support construction planners with 4D/5D scheduling and field coordination.</li><li>Witness FATs and SATs across global project sites.</li></ul>Cost, Schedule &amp; Risk Control<ul><li>Maintain project CWP/IWP breakdown in Primavera P6 with bi-weekly earned-value updates.</li><li>Identify and mitigate technical risks aligned with ISO 31000 standards.</li></ul>Quality, HSE &amp; Compliance<ul><li>Ensure compliance with IEC, API, ASME, ANSI, NFPA, Euro-codes and in-country regulations.</li><li>Champion HSE culture through leadership walks and STOP-card initiatives.</li></ul>Stakeholder Management<ul><li>Prepare weekly progress reports for clients, lenders, and corporate VPs.</li><li>Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing across offices.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Civil, or Process Engineering (Master&rsquo;s preferred).</li><li>5&ndash;10 years in an EPC / EPCC environment delivering projects &gt; USD 100M.</li><li>At least one international full-cycle project (site posting &gt; 6 months).</li><li>Professional certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, Chartered Engineer, or equivalent is preferable</li><li>Software proficiency: Primavera P6, Intergraph SmartPlant, AVEVA E3D, AutoCAD, Navisworks, MS Project, Office 365.</li><li>Fluent in English; multilingual (Spanish/French/Arabic) is a plus.</li><li>Willing to rotate to remote or greenfield sites (up to 50% annually).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Project Engineer – EPCC

Key Responsibilities1. Document Life-Cycle Management<ul><li>Develop and implement Document Control Procedures aligned with EPCC contracts, ISO 9001, and client EDMS requirements.</li><li>Manage all project documentation &mdash; including drawings, MOMs, RFIs, NCRs, POs, submittals, and O&amp;M manuals.</li><li>Ensure metadata accuracy: document type, discipline, revision, approval status, and system area.</li><li>Enforce strict &ldquo;No Document, No Work&rdquo; policy &mdash; ensuring only controlled, approved documents are used on-site.</li></ul>2. Revisions &amp; Transmittals<ul><li>Maintain and track all document revisions via the Master Document Register (MDR).</li><li>Issue controlled transmittals and ensure full traceability and approval turnaround.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering teams to validate IFC drawings and specifications.</li></ul>3. Interfaces &amp; Workflows<ul><li>Collaborate across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, QA/QC, and HSE teams.</li><li>Host weekly document review meetings and publish KPI dashboards for progress visibility.</li></ul>4. EDMS &amp; Digital Tools<ul><li>Administer project EDMS platforms (Aconex, SharePoint, DocBoss, etc.).</li><li>Control user access, maintain audit logs, and ensure compliance with naming conventions.</li><li>Digitize legacy records for full-text searchable archives.</li></ul>5. Final Handover &amp; Archiving<ul><li>Compile As-Built dossiers and O&amp;M manuals as per contractual handover requirements.</li><li>Deliver data sets in client-native formats and maintain long-term archiving standards.</li></ul>6. Compliance &amp; Audit Support<ul><li>Support ISO and client audits by providing traceable documentation within required timeframes.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality, back-up systems, and cybersecurity integrity.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; ExperienceDiploma or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Engineering, Information Management, or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years of document control experience in oil &amp; gas / petrochemical / power EPCC projects &ge; USD 100M. Proficient in EDMS systems (Aconex, SharePoint, DocBoss, Documentum, etc.). Advanced Excel and data management (Pivot, Power Query, SQL). Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 15926, and DIN 6771. Ability to interpret P&amp;IDs, line lists, and material specs. Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage all aspects of aviation operations, including flight planning, scheduling, maintenance, and regulatory compliance.- Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of flight crew and support personnel.- Implement and maintain rigorous safety management systems (SMS) and ensure adherence to all relevant aviation regulations and standards.- Manage operational budgets, including fuel purchasing, maintenance, and crew expenses.- Address and resolve any operational issues with prompt and effective solutions.Qualifications:- Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
