Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.</li><li>
Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders and general customer inquiries.</li><li>
Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.</li><li>
Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times.</li><li>
Clarify orders as needed.</li></ul><div><br>
<b>
Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Active OH Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician Licensed.</li><li>
Previous experience in pharmacy.</li><li>
LTC pharmacy experience preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of brand name and generic medications.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>
Moderate to advanced computer skills required.</li><li>
Great telephone etiquette a must.</li><li>
Frameworks / ECM knowledge a plus.</li><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li></ul><div><br>

Schedule:</b></div><ul><li>
6pm-2:30am Monday- Friday and every other weekend.</li></ul><div>
