Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Perform duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager.</li><li>
Answer phones and respond to orders, re-orders, and general customer inquiries.</li><li>
Handle and resolve client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner.</li><li>
Triage incoming faxes by facility/department in accordance with cutoff times.</li><li>
Clarify orders as needed.</li></ul><div>

Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li>
Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy Technician License (required).</li><li>
Previous pharmacy experience.</li><li>
Long-Term Care (LTC) pharmacy experience preferred.</li><li>
Knowledge of brand-name and generic medications.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>
Moderate to advanced computer skills required.</li><li>
Excellent telephone etiquette.</li><li>
Frameworks / ECM system knowledge a plus.</li><li>
High School diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Ability to train on first shift 8am-4:30pm.</li><li>
Ability to sit for prolonged periods of time.</li></ul><div>

Schedule:</b></div><ul><li>
Monday&ndash;Friday and every other weekend</li><li>
Available shift:</li><li>
8am-4:30pm</li><li>
5pm&ndash;1:30am</li><li>
6pm-2:30am</li><li>
10pm-6:30am</li></ul><div>
