As a part of the MAR Group, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside dynamic teams in a collaborative environment, contributing to the growth and success of our various business units.This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your video editing and design skills while contributing to the creative vision of MAR Group and its subsidiaries.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Create engaging social media designs, branding materials, and digital graphics using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.</li><li>Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and internal projects using Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or similar video editing tools.</li><li>Develop animations, transitions, and visual effects to enhance video storytelling.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency across all media.</li><li>Manage multiple design projects and deliver on tight deadlines.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and techniques in digital design and video production.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li><li>Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.</li></ul>Software Expertise:<ul><li>Must Have: Canva (expert level)</li><li>Design Tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW (optional)</li><li>Video Editing Tools: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, CapCut Desktop, DaVinci Resolve (optional)</li><li>Strong creative and visual sense with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From Rs70,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
