Job Title: HR &amp; Admin Intern Department: HR &amp; Administration Reports To: HR Manager / Admin ExecutiveRole Overview:The HR &amp; Admin Intern will assist both HR and Administration teams in daily operations, including recruitment support, documentation, office management, and employee engagement initiatives.Key Responsibilities: Human Resources:<ul><li>Prepare and post job descriptions.</li><li>Screen resumes and schedule interviews.</li><li>Support onboarding, induction, and documentation.</li><li>Update HR databases and maintain employee files.</li><li>Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and payroll inputs.</li></ul>Administration:<ul><li>Manage office supplies and inventory.</li><li>Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance teams.</li><li>Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and travel arrangements.</li><li>Maintain physical and digital filing systems.</li><li>Support in ensuring a clean, safe, and organized workspace.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s/Master&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related fields.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Good time management with attention to detail.</li><li>Basic knowledge of HR processes and admin practices is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, FresherPay: From Rs35,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
