Crooked Spoon Ice CreamJob Description- Territory Sales and Marketing Manager Reports To: CEORole OverviewCrooked Spoon Ice Cream is seeking an entrepreneurial, results-oriented Territory Sales &amp; Marketing Manager to accelerate brand growth and expand market presence throughout the Pacific Northwest, with a primary focus on the Greater Seattle market.This highly visible role reports directly to the CEO and offers the opportunity to shape the future of one of the fastest-growing premium ice cream brands in the region. The ideal candidate combines strategic marketing expertise with a strong sales mindset and a passion for building relationships. You will be equally comfortable developing brand strategy, securing new accounts, managing retailer relationships, and ensuring flawless in-store execution.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced growth environment and enjoys turning great brands into household names.What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Increase brand positioning, awareness, and equity via execution in market and on shelves.</li><li>Partner with our accounts and distributor partners and our in house DSD to grow existing accounts and activate new one.</li><li>Find new and interesting outlets for brand building activites, farmers markets, pop up events, customer events, trade shows and more.</li><li>Develop collaborative trade plans that lead to stronger retailer partnerships and increased share of category.</li><li>Ensure the Crooked Spoon brand vision turns into solid execution, on the shelf, in store, and in the market.</li></ul>What You'll DoSales &amp; Business Development<ul><li>Develop and manage in store relationships with key regional retail accounts, including PCC, Metropolitan Market, Haggen, Town &amp; Country Markets, NW Grocers, Safeway/Albertsons, and other natural and specialty grocers.</li><li>Identify and secure new business opportunities across retail, food service, hospitality, and specialty channels, including restaurants, hotels, casinos, stadiums, golf courses, catering companies, and institutional accounts.</li><li>Build strong partnerships with distributors including UNFI, KeHE, and DSD operators to drive sales growth and market penetration.</li><li>Create and execute territory-specific sales plans with defined objectives for distribution gains, sales velocity, and account development.</li><li>Own monthly sales forecasting and maintain accountability for achieving revenue targets.</li></ul>Marketing &amp; Brand Development<ul><li>Collaborate with leadership to develop annual marketing strategies, and budgets.</li><li>Plan and execute experiential marketing programs, including product demonstrations, trade shows, Costco roadshows, consumer events, and community activations.</li><li>Maintain an annual events and promotional calendar aligned with sales objectives and retail priorities.</li></ul>Retail Execution &amp; Field Leadership<ul><li>Conduct regular market visits to strengthen retailer relationships, evaluate shelf execution, and identify opportunities for improved merchandising and promotional support.</li><li>Monitor in-store conditions, competitive activity, pricing, and product performance.</li><li>Partner with brokers, distributors, and retail teams to ensure flawless execution of promotional programs and product launches.</li><li>Serve as the voice of the market by sharing customer and consumer insights with company leadership.</li></ul>What We're Looking ForRequired Experience<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience within the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry.</li><li>Experience with distributor, broker, and retail partnerships across multiple sales channels</li><li>Demonstrated success working with food, beverage, frozen, refrigerated, specialty, or natural products.</li><li>Established relationships with key Pacific Northwest retail buyers and category managers preferred.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies<ul><li>Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills.</li><li>Strong strategic thinking combined with a hands-on execution mindset.</li><li>Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.</li><li>Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul>Additional Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.</li><li>Experience within a startup or high-growth company environment is a plus.</li><li>Valid driver's license and clean driving record.</li><li>Ability to travel approximately 25&ndash;40% throughout the territory.</li><li>Multilingual capabilities are a plus.</li><li>Demonstrated success working with food, beverage, frozen, refrigerated, specialty, or natural products.</li><li>Established relationships with key Pacific Northwest retail buyers and category managers preferred.</li><li>Experience with distributor, broker, and retail partnerships across multiple sales channels.</li><li>Proven track record of delivering measurable sales growth and market expansion.</li></ul>Compensation &amp;
