</div><div>Job Summary:
</div><div><p>The Arizona Department of Corrections Rehabilitation and Reentry is seeking a highly organized and self-motivated individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Complex Warden and Unit Managers at ASPC&ndash;Winslow.<br>
<br>
This position is responsible for managing daily operations of the Warden&rsquo;s Office, handling confidential correspondence, preparing reports, and coordinating administrative functions. The role requires a high level of discretion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a secure correctional environment.</p>
</div>
<div>Job Duties:
</div><div><ul><li>Manage daily operations of the Complex Warden&rsquo;s Office, including correspondence, visitors, phone calls, and special projects</li><li>Maintain the Warden&rsquo;s calendar and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conferences</li><li>Attend meetings, record, and transcribe minutes</li><li>Prepare reports, memos, and a wide variety of correspondence</li><li>Collect, research, and compile data for reports and special projects</li><li>Maintain confidential administrative, inmate, and staff records in accordance with retention schedules</li><li>Support administrative staff; serve as backup when needed</li><li>Retrieve and distribute mail and prepare records for archiving</li><li>Drive on State business as required</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned</li></ul></div><br>

In an effort to maintain a safe environment, all employees are required to take a Tuberculosis (TB) test during their New Employee Orientation and every year thereafter.<br>

If this position requires driving or the use of a vehicle as an essential function of the job, then the following requirements apply. Any employee operating a motor vehicle on State business must possess and retain a current, valid class-appropriate driver&rsquo;s license, complete all required training, and successfully pass all necessary driver&rsquo;s license record checks. The license must be current, unexpired, and neither revoked nor suspended. Employees who drive on state business are subject to driver&rsquo;s license record checks, must maintain acceptable driving records, and must complete all required driver training. An employee who operates a personally owned vehicle on state business shall maintain the statutorily required liability insurance (see Arizona Administrative Code (A.A.C.) R2-10-207.11).
