This role provides essential operational support to the Ryan White Part B Program and serves as a liaison between the HIV Care Services (HCS) section of the bureau and the Third-Party Administrator (TPA). The position is responsible for researching, verifying, and reconciling payments for services to ensure accurate application to clients' insurance coverage. This work ensures clients receive timely access to the medical care necessary to improve health outcomes and reduce the spread of HIV.</p><p>
The position also supports the processing of provider agreements, helping maintain a comprehensive network of service providers across all 88 counties. As the primary role responsible for these functions, this position plays a key part in ensuring program integrity and supporting fiscal compliance with federal grant requirements.
