<div>Overview:
<p>
As an <b>Instructional Designer</b>, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive onboarding and training program in support of our Federal client. You will work as part of a cross-functional team&mdash;including designers and technical experts&mdash;engaging with stakeholders and end-users to develop an effective approach and ensure adoption of new systems and processes.</p>
Contributions:

Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Outline and understand end users to create training appropriate to meet their diverse needs</li><li>
Analyze existing training materials and business processes to identify learning gaps/needs and opportunities for improvement</li><li>
Research appropriate learning content and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to structure learning paths</li><li>
Develop interactive and engaging training materials using a variety of modalities (videos, user guides, gamified learning, etc.) with learner theories in mind (ADDIE, Bloom&rsquo;s, SAM, etc.) to create dynamic learning experiences</li><li>
Determine utilization of knowledge checks and compliance tracking</li><li>
Lead the training development and delivery</li><li>
Establish metrics and measure user adoption</li><li>
Facilitate learning management system administration, usage, and develop feedback loop for enhancement</li><li>
Consider long-term governance for sustaining training programs and materials</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Ability to obtain a U.S. government Public Trust Security Clearance</li><li>
10+ years of experience in Education, Training, HR, or related field</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of the full training life cycle and demonstrated ability to develop and implement</li><li>
Knowledge of contemporary learning management software platforms</li><li>
Experience with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques</li><li>
Ability to convey complex information in a way that people understand</li><li>
Experience collaborating within a multi-disciplinary delivery team including UX/UI designers, technologists, data scientists, engineers, solution architects, and change managers</li><li>
A collaborative nature with excellent written communication and presentation skills</li><li>
Familiarity with Design Thinking and a natural curiosity for solving problems coupled with strong analytical skills</li><li>
Experience working in a project-based environment</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Office and in database software</li><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in Training and Instructional Design</li></ul><div><b>

Previous work experience in or with the federal government</li><li>
Previous work experience as a consultant</li></ul>

The projected compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $140,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
