As a Procedural Capital <b>Regional Sales Director </b>at STERIS, you are responsible for assuring that all business objectives for the region are met and/or exceeded as well as oversee the team of Account Managers assigned to the region. Your accountability measures include Customer satisfaction, revenue and profit objectives, embracing new products, and talent management.</p><br>

This is a remote based Customer facing position. To support and service our Customers in this assigned territory candidates must be based out of one of the following state/cities: Jacksonville, Tampa or Orlando, FL. This Director will be managing the Southeast Region for the Procedural Capital division.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
What will you do as a Regional Sales Director</b></h2>
</div><div><ul><li>Facilitate the development and expansion of the region&rsquo;s business by developing and nurturing strategic relationships and associations in the healthcare industry.</li>
<li>Monitor and report market trends to appropriate internal partners and implement appropriate sales and marketing strategies to capitalize on all opportunities.</li>
<li>Institute system, processes, and controls to monitor the workflow and ensure business objectives are met.</li>
<li>Assist the Area Vice President in developing and managing the zone&rsquo;s business.</li>
<li>Provide timely and accurate Unit and Revenue Forecasts.</li>
<li>Network with Industry leaders, corporate partners, and key influencers within area or responsibility.</li>
<li>Develop and clearly communicate business strategies, measures of success and accountabilities.</li>
<li>Achieve all revenue, gross margin and focus product targets for the region.</li>
<li>Approve pricing levels within the parameters established in the pricing policy guidelines.</li>
<li>Manage region business within budgeted expense levels.</li>
<li>Ensure the expense portions of profitability are within budgets and guidelines established. Example being regional expenses, equipment returns, forecasting accuracy.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain cooperative relationships with internal support functions of the organization by consistently sharing information, responsibilities, decision-making and recognition with others in support of the common purpose &ndash; Customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Interact regularly with other functional leaders to ensure process improvements are implemented effectively.</li>
<li>Recruit, interview, and select individuals matching the profile of our sales representative job description.</li>
<li>Create an environment which encourages self-development, creative thinking and problem solving.</li>
<li>Conduct weekly call-ins with region team to review objectives, progress, successes and development opportunities.</li>
<li>Identify the training and educational needs of the region team and ensure empowerment (information, resources, education, support) is being provided.</li>
<li>Provide written feedback on employee performance and progress against developmental plans.</li>
<li>Help identify the key business implications or changes in existing processes, programs, and priorities.</li>
<li>Integrate into Customer&rsquo;s business via membership and attendance to Customer Group Associations and functions.</li>

</ul><ul><li><div><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree</li>
<li>7 years of demonstrated success in medical sales</li>
<li>Ability to travel overnight up to 50%</li>
</ul></div></li></ul><ul><li><ul><li>Must be able to be compliant with hospital/customer credentialing requirements</li></ul></li></ul><br>

</ul><ul><li><div><ul><li>7 years of demonstrated success in medical sales</li>
<li>5 years of STERIS Sales and/or competitive related experience</li>
<li>3 years of experience in multi-level management</li>
<li>Experience in Systems Project Management</li>

Pay range for this opportunity is $140,000 - $160,000. This position is incentive plan eligible, at target earnings of $210,000.00 - $240,000.00, depending on performance.</p><br>

Minimum pay rates offered will comply with county/city minimums, if higher than range listed. Pay rates are based on a number of factors, including but not limited to local labor market costs, years of relevant experience, education, professional certifications, foreign language fluency, etc.</p><br>
