Summary of the Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager supports and manages a wide range of marketing initiatives across content, campaigns, events, and marketing operations.
This is a remote position based in the United States. The salary range for the position is $75,000 - $85,000 DOE. Employment visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
Job Functions of the Marketing Manager
General Marketing Execution &amp; Organization
<ul><li>Execute and support marketing initiatives across campaigns, events, content, and internal requests
</li><li>Manage assigned projects from start to finish, including timelines, task coordination, and follow-through
</li><li>Maintain highly organized trackers, calendars, documentation, and marketing assets
</li><li>Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all deliverables
</li><li>Balance multiple priorities while meeting deadlines and quality expectations
</li></ul>Content, Messaging &amp; Creative Support
<ul><li>Work closely with the Director of Marketing on messaging and basic graphic design for advertisements, email campaigns, and trade show collateral
</li><li>Support the creation, editing, and coordination of marketing content across channels, including web pages, blogs, marketing collateral, email campaigns, press releases, social content, and more
</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to gather information and inputs needed to develop content-driven marketing materials
</li><li>Write and edit marketing content for social posts, sales-facing collateral and press releases.
</li><li>Design and produce basic marketing graphics and visual assets using Canva and/or Adobe Illustrator, including social media graphics, event and trade show collateral, and promotional materials
</li><li>Edit, proofread, and fact-check marketing materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and brand alignment
</li><li>Apply a strong visual eye to layouts, typography, and overall design consistency across materials
</li></ul>Marketing Systems, Campaign Execution &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Develop, execute, and manage direct marketing campaigns through HubSpot, targeting new prospects across key segments and verticals to support client acquisition efforts
</li><li>Execute and manage email campaigns, lists, workflows, and reporting within HubSpot and other tools
</li><li>Maintain and enhance marketing data within HubSpot, including adding new records and maintaining existing data accuracy
</li><li>Support campaign tracking, performance reporting, and database organization using HubSpot and Microsoft Excel
</li><li>Prepare marketing and performance reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing sales and campaign data
</li><li>Assist the Director of Marketing in managing marketing programs to support measurement of SQLs, MQLs, and overall program ROI
</li><li>Support basic SEO and paid digital advertising (PPC) initiatives, including assisting with keyword research, campaign setup, performance monitoring, and reporting, as needed
</li><li>Maintain organized marketing data, reports, and documentation within Microsoft Teams, HubSpot, OneDrive, and related tools
</li></ul>Events &amp; Trade Show Support
<ul><li>Support the planning and execution of Streamline&rsquo;s trade show program, including 35&ndash;40 trade shows annually, with a focus on preparation, logistics, and coordination
</li><li>Assist with the selection, coordination, inventory management, and ongoing maintenance of company promotional items, including working with vendors, tracking inventory levels, and supporting distribution for events and campaigns
</li><li>Provide hands-on support for key events attended in person, including NatCon, SC2, and the annual GTM Meeting
</li><li>Assist with event logistics, materials preparation, shipping coordination, vendor communication, and post-event follow-up &bull; Occasional additional travel may be required
</li></ul>Cross-Functional, Sales &amp; Partner Support
<ul><li>Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Product, and Customer Success to support go-to-market initiatives
</li><li>Provide marketing support to Sales as needed, including preparing materials and responding to requests
</li><li>Support the Director of Marketing in developing, managing, and maintaining strong relationships with external vendors, associations, and partners
</li><li>Respond to incoming marketing requests and assist with prioritization in partnership with the Director of Marketing
</li></ul>Market &amp; Social Media Support
<ul><li>Manage and maintain a consistent, professional presence across the company&rsquo;s social media platforms
</li><li>Assist with research related to competitive products and market activity
</li><li>Maintain organized research findings and reference materials
</li><li>Assist the Director of Marketing with tracking and maintaining marketing budget
</li></ul>Requirements of the Marketing Manager
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field and three years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role; or five or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
</li><li>Highly organized with strong project and time management skills
</li><li>Ability to manage details while understanding broader marketing objectives
</li><li>Positive, solutions-oriented attitude and strong written and verbal communication skills
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to take initiative and ownership of assigned work
</li><li>Open to learning and expanding skills across multiple areas of marketing
</li><li>Comfortable contributing ideas while also taking direction and incorporating feedback professionally
</li><li>Ability to adapt to feedback and make revisions in a collaborative, professional manner
