Stop in at the front office to fill out an application and speak with us about how you can become part of the Sunmaster team!Experienced Welder/FabricatorWe are seeking multiple experienced welders/fabricators capable of performing a variety of functions including custom architectural aluminum work. The individual should be familiar with and capable of using various types of welding equipment. A welder is also required to perform other miscellaneous tasks, as supervision deems necessary.*Operate welding equipment and tools.*Be able to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.*Perform welding techniques such as MIG, TIG and other methods as required.*Must be willing to take direction and constructive criticism.*Able to perform quality control checks on your own welds.*Maintain a proper and safe workspace.*Organization and time-management are very important in this position, as jobs are scheduled to meet strict deadlines and within budget.*Working conditions include: working inside an open-air manufacturing shop. Non-air conditioned space.*10 hour days are standard, with overtime as needed.*Promptness and consistent attendance are expected.*Above all else, we expect all our employees to show up with a Can-Do attitude and a willingness to learn!*Sunmaster offers a generous benefits package for full-time employees after 90 days, including medical, dental, vision and 401(k).*Proof of certification, education or otherwise experience must be provided upon job offer.*$20-25 DOE.We are looking for excellent candidates to strengthen our team!
