Sunset Trivia runs 140+ weekly trivia events across California and Nevada, and we&rsquo;re growing fast. We&rsquo;re looking for a creative, hands-on Marketing Coordinator who can help scale our brand through content creation and targeted digital advertising.*You must include a link to your content portfolio to be considered for the role*What You&rsquo;ll Do: Content Creation &amp; UGC<ul><li>Create short-form UGC-style videos (self-shot or filmed with hosts/venues)</li><li>Capture B-roll footage during live trivia events (or coordinate with trivia hosts to collect it)</li><li>Make engaging reels, stories, and vertical videos for social media publication</li><li>Edit content for a consistent, branded aesthetic</li><li>Build weekly carousel posts featuring trivia schedules by city/region</li></ul>Social Media Management<ul><li>Manage Sunset Trivia&rsquo;s Instagram (posts, stories, reels, content planning)</li><li>Assist in increasing our presence on LinkedIn</li><li>Help maintain a fun, clean, cohesive brand look</li><li>Write captions, build templates, and schedule weekly posts</li><li>Engage with player comments/messages to increase traffic and retention</li></ul>Meta Ads / Paid Media<ul><li>Run and optimize Meta Ads Manager campaigns</li><li>Build geo-targeted ads for individual markets &amp; new venue launches</li><li>Test multiple creatives to find the best performers</li><li>Track conversion costs and adjust campaigns for efficiency</li><li>Support occasional B2B campaigns</li><li>Bonus: If you have AI SEO skills</li></ul>Brand &amp; Growth Support<ul><li>Assist with email capture strategies</li><li>Help produce video testimonials from relevant stakeholders to our brand</li><li>Work with admin team on creative ideas to increase trivia event turnout</li><li>Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini etc.) to help generate scripts, captions, AI video or creative concepts</li><li>Lead marketing campaigns and come up with new ideas for content</li></ul>Who You Are<ul><li>Comfortable on camera and creating UGC-style videos</li><li>Skilled with Meta Ads Manager</li><li>Creative thinker with strong instincts for what &ldquo;stops the scroll&rdquo;</li><li>Organized, reliable, and able to manage weekly deliverables independently</li></ul>LocationSan Diego, CA, or Bay Area, CA Based Preferred.
