The General Laborer (Bin Crew) is responsible for the daily manual labor of assisting our crews with the installation and erection of our metal grain bins.THIS IS A SEASONAL POSITION - APRIL THROUGH DECEMBER IS TYPICALPay rate: $20+ (Depending upon experience){This position requires travel during the week and overnights.}Essential Job Functions:<ul><li>Assist in the preparation of each project site</li><li>Assist in loading, unloading, lifting and moving of materials, parts and tools, to and from site</li><li>Assist crews with installation and erection of metal grain bins</li><li>Operate hand-tools or construction site power-tools as needed</li><li>Assist crew members with other tasks as needed</li><li>All other duties as assigned</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Manual labor experience preferred</li><li>Ability and willingness to travel on a continuous basis</li><li>Ability to work in outdoor elements</li><li>Ability to work independently and with a team</li></ul>Physical Demands<ul><li>Routinely sitting, walking, standing, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, climbing, stooping, reaching and handling</li><li>Ability to lift at least (100) pounds</li><li>Working near moving mechanical parts; near noise routinely, and exposed to outdoor elements</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From $20.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Employee assistance program</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Health savings account</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Construction: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>english (Required)</li></ul>Willingness to travel:<ul><li>100% (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: On the road
