<div>Seeking a Provider 2 days/week for a Nursing Home located in NY, NY.
Supportive Care is a behavioral healthcare company with an extraordinary team of clinicians providing a full range of pharmacological, psychological, and behavioral health services to skilled nursing facilities, assisted living facilities, and memory care communities.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.</li><li>
Provide psychosocial evaluations and psychotherapy/talk therapy sessions for support to residents.</li><li>
Maintain accurate documentation.</li><li>
Provide social support therapy sessions to patients through weekly therapy sessions.</li><li>
Implement therapy plans that fit each patient's personal needs.</li></ul>
Flexible Work Schedule:<ul><li>
Self-determine your schedule between 7:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday-Friday</li><li>
Part-time or full-time opportunities are available (Varies with location)</li></ul>
Compensation:<ul><li>
$400.00 to $800.00 per day or more depending on your license and experience (Averages)</li><li>
LPC/LMFT/LMHC : $350-$450 per day</li><li>
LCSW: $400-475 per day</li><li>
Psychologist : $600-$800 per day</li></ul>
