We are looking for an ideal candidate that has <b>relevant luxury retail sales</b> experience and possess exceptional customer service skills. The applicant of choice should have a proven track record of longevity with prior luxury employers. Candidate should also have the ability to meet or exceed sales objectives and possess a strong desire to learn about our prestigious timepieces and looking to become an essential member of our team.</p>

<li>Demonstrate a deep knowledge of all of our unique and impeccable range of products and their distinctive characteristics</li>

enlighten and provide insights into the ancestry of OMEGA</li>
<li>Utilize our expansive training techniques to engage, inform and retain a gratified and loyal client base</li>
<li>Provide a unique and special experience to all clients</li>
<li>Meet and exceed sales goals</li>
<li>Provide the highest level of client service through personalized contact in product<br>
maintenance</li>
<li>Develop potential clients through both clientelling and networking efforts</li>
<li>Maintain and grow existing clients; keep records of milestones and client&rsquo;s tastes and goals for future purchases</li>
<li>Assist team members in sales process as per established boutique protocols</li>
<li>Develop existing client base and reach new prospects through networking and outreach</li>

<p>Rate of Pay: $20 - $25 per hour + Commission</p>

<li>Talented negotiation prowess</li>
<li>Passion for the art of selling</li>
<li>Must be able to work flexible schedule throughout the week</li>
<li>MS Office experience is highly desirable</li>

<li>Budget management, planning and control.</li>
<li>Create and Implement Innovative Marketing Plans: Develop cutting-edge strategies that captivate and engage our target audience, ensuring our campaigns speak to the heart of the Saudi market.</li>
<li>Lead and Oversee Comprehensive Marketing Campaigns: Ensure all initiatives align with our brand message and objectives, delivering excellence in execution by continuously monitoring performance and enhancing our brand desirability.</li>
<li>Media planning, negotiating rates, booking key positions, prime locations for OOH, achieve optimal media coverage.</li>
<li>Monitoring and analyzing market trends and provide reports and recommendations to the management.</li>
<li>Manage PR, events, promotions and activations</li>
<li>Manage all aspects of print production, creative planning in coordination with brand HQ etc.</li>

<li>Identify, vet and negotiate best service and rates with external agencies whenever used and control invoices and costs</li>
