<div><p>SOS is looking for a full-time Radiology Assistant to join our team! Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm with occasional early or late shifts as needed
</p><p><b>Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Works alongside the X-ray technologists to bring patients to X-ray rooms, prepare patients for exams, and guide patients throughout the clinic.</li><li>
Creates orders in EMR to help the X-ray technologist prepare for the exam.</li><li>
Greets customers in a polite, prompt, helpful manner and provides any necessary instruction or direction to them.</li><li>
Assists in moving patients on and off exam tables, as well as being mobile for extended periods</li><li>
Works inside the PACS system including importing studies, scanning documents, and burning CDs. Reviews provider schedules and proactively transfers imaging studies from outside facilities into the SOS PACS.</li><li>
Assists with clerical duties not limited to but including checking in of imaging patients, scheduling patients for X-rays, MRIs, injections and arthrograms.</li><li>
Answers the phone in pleasant manner, screens calls, takes messages and provides information for imaging patient needs.</li><li>
Adheres to company protocols and procedures.</li><li>

Qualifications:
</b></p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>
Hands on clinical experience preferred.</li><li>
Prior desk and appointment experience, typing/computer skills, and knowledge of medical terminology preferred</li><li>
Knowledge of and experience using an electronic medical records system is a plus.</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to express thoughts clearly to others at all levels of the organization.</li><li>
Excellent organizational skills along with ability to work on multiple tasks and meet deadlines in stressful situations.</li></ul></div>

<div><p>We are looking for a Patient Service Representative to join the team in our Physical Therapy department! We're looking for an outgoing, welcoming Patient Service Representative to be the first face our patients see! In this front desk role, you'll greet patients as they arrive, check them in, and help set the tone for a positive experience from the moment they walk through our doors.</p><p>
Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>
General reception to include greeting patients and answering phone</li><li>
Check-in patients and verify appointment and billing information</li><li>
Schedule appointments</li><li>
Collect co-pays and co-insurance</li><li>
New Patient Intake &amp; Registration<ul><li>
Review paperwork for completeness</li><li>
Input patient demographic information in computer system</li><li>
Review benefits with patient</li><li>
Review missed appointment policy with patient</li><li>
Set-up FOTO Intake Survey</li></ul></li><li>
Check-out patients and schedule follow-up appointments per the clinician&rsquo;s instructions</li><li>
Assist Clinical staff with follow-up FOTO status surveys</li><li>
Assist Central Billing Office (CBO) with Medical Records Request per Policy &amp; Procedure</li><li>
Monitor/Track Plans of Care (POC&rsquo;s) for Certification</li><li>
Log discharged patients in computer system</li><li>
Scan documentation, prescriptions, protocols, flow sheets, HEP&rsquo;s, and other information into the patient (electronic) medical records</li><li>
Maintain Active Patient statistics and scheduled appointments</li><li>
Log discharged patients in computer system</li><li>
Other responsibilities as needed</li></ul><p>
Qualifications:</p><ul><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
Minimum of two years of experience in customer service setting, preferably one year receptionist experience in a medical office.</li><li>
Knowledge of medical terminology</li><li>
Exceptional customer service skills required;</li><li>
Experience working with an EMR/PM required;</li><li>
Exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;</li><li>
Highly organized with strong attention to detail;</li><li>
Quick thinker with ability to pivot in a fast-paced environment;</li><li>
Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment is a must;</li></ul></div>
