Inspired by high-energy, coach-led group workouts, we provide a dynamic fitness experience tailored to help our community thrive. We are seeking a professional, energetic Sales Specialist to be the face of our studio, welcome new guests, and guide them in choosing the right class packages to reach their fitness goals.Key Responsibilities:- Welcome studio visitors, introduce them to Tsport&rsquo;s unique group training concept, and conduct facility tours.- Book, schedule, and follow up on &quot;First-Time Trial Classes&quot; for prospects to ensure an exceptional onboarding experience.- Sell and renew specialized group training class packages and memberships.- Conduct professional follow-ups with leads via phone and messaging channels to convert them into active members.- Meet and achieve monthly sales targets established by management.- Build strong, positive relationships with members to foster a vibrant studio community and drive retention.- Maintain accurate member profiles and sales data within the club's CRM and booking software.Job Requirements:- Minimum of 2 years of sales or customer service experience (Experience in boutique fitness studios, hospitality, or customer-centric industries is preferred).- A genuine passion for fitness, group workouts, and a healthy lifestyle.- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.- High-energy, dynamic, and target-driven personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment.- Flexibility to work shifts aligned with class schedules, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.Benefits:- Competitive basic monthly salary (Based on experience).- Medical and social insurance.- Free access to the company&rsquo;s group fitness classes.- A vibrant, energetic, and highly motivating work environment.Pay: Up to ﷼5,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
