The ideal candidate will support recruitment, employee relations, HR policies, and ensure smooth HR processes across the organization.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes</li><li>Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures</li><li>Handle attendance, leaves, and payroll coordination</li><li>Support performance management and appraisal processes</li><li>Address employee queries and assist with employee engagement activities</li><li>Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies</li><li>Coordinate training, development, and HR initiatives</li><li>Support management with HR reports and administrative tasks</li></ul>Requirements &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Proven experience as an HR Executive or similar role (preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to handle confidential information professionally</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and HR software/tools</li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Up to Rs60,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
