We are looking for talented engineers who are passionate about building scalable, high-performance applications and solving real-world problems.Job OverviewWe are hiring a Full Stack Software Engineer with 3&ndash;7 years of experience in developing scalable web and mobile applications, backend services, APIs, and integrations.The ideal candidate should have strong full-stack development experience, excellent engineering fundamentals, and hands-on experience with modern technologies and AI-assisted development tools. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to build reliable, user-focused, and scalable products.You will also contribute to technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, and help improve engineering practices across the team.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web and mobile applications.</li><li>Build responsive, high-performance, and user-friendly frontend experiences.</li><li>Develop robust backend services, APIs, integrations, and database solutions.</li><li>Work with REST APIs, GraphQL, and third-party integrations.</li><li>Collaborate with Product and Design teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>Take ownership of features from design and development to deployment and monitoring.</li><li>Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.</li><li>Improve application performance, security, reliability, and scalability.</li><li>Use AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools to improve productivity.</li><li>Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.</li><li>Conduct code reviews, participate in design discussions, and mentor junior developers.</li><li>Contribute towards engineering standards, processes, and best practices.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>3&ndash;7 years of professional experience in software development.</li><li>Strong experience in full-stack application development.</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.</li><li>Experience with frontend frameworks like:</li><li>React.js</li><li>Next.js</li><li>Vue.js</li><li>or similar frameworks</li><li>Experience developing backend applications using:</li><li>Node.js</li><li>Python</li><li>Java</li><li>Go</li><li>or equivalent technologies</li><li>Strong understanding of:</li><li>REST APIs</li><li>GraphQL</li><li>Microservices / Backend architecture</li><li>Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms like:</li><li>AWS</li><li>Azure</li><li>Google Cloud Platform</li><li>Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar tools.</li><li>Ability to mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical discussions.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Experience building SaaS products or consumer-facing applications.</li><li>Experience with:</li><li>Recommendation systems</li><li>Personalization frameworks</li><li>User preference modeling</li><li>Experimentation platforms</li><li>Understanding of event-driven architectures and workflow automation.</li><li>Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure.</li><li>Prior experience working in startups or fast-paced product environments.</li></ul>Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
