Qualifications and Skills - Proven experience in an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or a similar office support role. - Exceptional proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). - Outstanding organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. - Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. - Strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities. - The ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively as part of a team. - A high level of discretion and a strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality. - Experience within the biotechnology or pharmaceutical sector is advantageous but not essential.
